Mixed Experience with Highlights

My recent stay at Jupiter's Townsville left me with mixed feelings, but certain aspects stood out amidst the ups and downs.

Buffet: While the buffet was available, I found it to be overpriced for the selection offered. The variety didn't quite justify the cost, leaving me somewhat disappointed.

Room Service: On a brighter note, the room service exceeded expectations. Not only was it faster than anticipated, but the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, making the experience all the more enjoyable.

Opting for a double room with an ocean view on the 10th floor was a decision I certainly didn't regret for the cost. The view was simply breathtaking, and the room itself was comfortable and inviting, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploration.

Splash Bar: The atmosphere at Splash Bar was nothing short of amazing. From the vibrant ambiance to the friendly staff, it was a delightful place to unwind. What impressed me even more was the fact that the cocktails were made from scratch, adding an extra touch of authenticity to the experience.

Free Parking: One highlight of staying at Jupiter's Townsville was the free parking available across the street. This convenience added to the overall positive vibe of the stay, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without worrying about parking fees.

While there were some aspects of my stay at Jupiter's Townsville that fell short of expectations, such as the overpriced buffet, the experience was redeemed by the exceptional room service, stunning accommodation, vibrant atmosphere at Splash Bar, and the added perk of free parking. With a few adjustments, Jupiter's Townsville has the potential to be an even more memorable destination for future guests.

My bag tore everything everywhere and I was ready to cry!
Thankfully Mark called our room as we went back and the restaurant allowed us to have be the last guest.

The breakfast is amazing. So many different types of food. You couldn't try them all. If you have dairy problems they will cook food just for you. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Great value for money.

A hidden gem. You need a vehicle to get to location. Gaming, bars, restaurants and views. Its got a bit going for it and staff are very accommodating and make sure you're having a great time. Really good night

I honestly can't fault the facility. We ate great food, drank tasty beverages and slept in clean and tidy rooms. Staff were awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍

Visited the Ville to use the pool for the day and it didn't disappoint.
Cool little swim up bar and the view out to Magnetic Island is stunning.

Stayed for 2 nights on a work trip. The resort was more than happy to accommodate secure parking for our work truck.
The rooms were very clean and well presented, as was the rest of the resort / casino,

Staff here were all very helpful and professional.

We had a function near the SPLASH BAR and had an amazing time. We had Ethan and Ashton for canapes and they were absolutely lovely. Their service was impeccable and they treated their customers with the utmost attentiveness and compassion. They are much appreciated and deserve the best. Thank you for the service.

The pool and splash bar were really fun, even for our 3 year old. Enjoyed the Sunday session live music also. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and even helped us and other guests get to the airport when the taxi service was super slow - this was over and above expected. We would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, service, drinks and food that I had tonight. It was nice to sit outside overlooking the pool and out to the ocean and Magnetic Island. The servers were friendly and food was of good quality, and well portioned. The price while I thought a little high, was in fairness, pretty good considering the overall surroundings and service offered.
I'll go again and take fronds visiting Townsville there as well.

Great hotel to stay in. Great view of magnetic Island and the coast line. Pool is amazing with great views. Good staff particularly ?Jane at reception, the porters, and the housekeeping who always accommodated requests with a smile. We loved your hotel and staff and would definitely stay here again.

Great atmosphere and view. Beer selection was quiet good for Townsville

Dinner at Miss Song's was great, we had their san choy bau was fantastic, everything about the night was the best experience

Had a fabulous experience for my partners birthday, enjoyed their incredible seafood buffet (never had anything like it, unlimited oysters??? Yes please!) The staff were super friendly, shoutout to the restaurant manager who made our experience 1000 better!

Beautiful spot for a bite to eat and a cold drink. The pool with swim up bar is inviting and the view is stunning. Service was friendly and fast and the whole venue was beautifully clean and comfortable.

Had all you can eat Italian at the palms restaurant, fantastic service, great value for money and great quality food with a wide selection. Catered for kids and other dietary requirements with no hassles, clean and tidy. Very easy to find. Will visit again next time we travel to Townsville.
