R.M.Williams DFO South Wharf

All the staff were very friendly and helped me a lot to find my size. I bought my first pair of R.M.Williams boots last week, especially thanks to a guy who was from Spain and was very nice and helpful. Good store.

Last weekend, I purchased my first pair of R.M.Williams boots and received excellent customer service from Jordan. He was friendly, and helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me with sizing and offer suggestions on different boot styles. He also polished my partner's R.M. Williams boots in the store, and now they look brand new.

Had the best customer service from the sales lady who helped my husband finding the right boots. We didnt end up buying it as they did not have the colour that he wanted, but the sales lady gave us all the tips about when the stock came in, what the right fit would feel like etc. The best customer service ever..thank you

Tu the store manager was great. My fiancé wanted to buy her first pair of RMs for our wedding.
It was a great experience where she was walked through the entire process. Thanks again.

I went into the store on Sunday and was greeted by friendly staff although it was very busy. Sadly they didn’t have the boots I wanted however the young man was polite and helpful including being interested in my recent travels - so lovely - which is the reason for the review

What a wonderful place to shop, people who are working there are absolutely amazing ,they were all smiling, helping me make a right choice . The manager of the store Tu is a pure legend , very frinedly and super helpful , the girl that served me was also super nice, her name is Alison . I'm definitely going back to that place!

Fantastic customer service from Jordan, I've got large-ish feet so it can be hard to find shoes, but Jordans attention to detail and knowledge helped me find what I needed. I will be recommending this specific RM Williams store to friends and returning here in the future.

This R.M.William store offers boot, shoes, jeans, shirt and also belts on sale prices that could not be found in other R.M. William shops !

Some of the best service I have received at any RM Williams store (& I’ve been to most all around Australia!) The ladies serving me tried to help in any way possible & not at all pushy. I’ll be back everytime I come to Melbourne A+
