IceBar Melbourne

We visited the ice bar last night, and it was a fantastic experience! The guys at the bar were incredibly friendly, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the night. It's worth mentioning that photography inside the ice bar is restricted; guests must utilize the establishment's cameras and pay for each picture taken. Despite this, we opted for a premium pass with photos, yet only received one image. Nonetheless, the evening was exceptional, and the staff's hospitality was delightful. The cocktails served were not only delicious but also added to the enjoyable ambiance of the night.

I took my husband here for his birthday and what a great experience it was.
The staff were incredibly friendly, special shoutout to Louis for his exceptional service and hospitality.
Would definitely recommend for a great experience out.

I attended the ice bar with my partner (11.08.24 5pm-5:40) and the staff were absolutely amazing! Super friendly and easy to get on with. Explained everything very clearly and made the experience so enjoyable. Thank you to the staff there for being so personable!

If you like clubs, you will love the ice bar. Staff were amazing and the ice bar itself was awesome. Lots of cool sculptures and games to play. Take as many photos as you can and buy the photo pack option with your ticket.... Trust me you will want photos afterwards and they are an extras $12 per photo. You will not regret this place

I went last night and had a blast. As I was the only one who had booked a ticket for the session, the bar manager and I decided to play some games. Let me tell you: jenga is so difficult in the cold but it was so much fun! Shout out to you Mia and the great employee at the front desk too!!!

Lulu and Johannes are absolutely 11/10 fantastic. The experience is something I’ve been wanting for two years and these two made it worth it. They are the loveliest people and always up for a chat. If you’re on the fence, I say do it.

Mr. Louie was our bartender and my goodness he made the unforgettable experience even more worth it! Very funny guy, holds up a good conversation and genuinely showed interest in our conversations. The sculptures are absolutely phenomenal and the ice air hockey was so fun! We will definitely be coming back with a larger group with a special request for whom our bartender should be! ;) Thanks guys

What a fun experience. We visited Ice Bar Melbourne to celebrate an 18th birthday, we were lucky enough to have the place to ourself. Bar tender and staff made the experience worthwhile. We had a blast taking photos with all the props and dancing to our favourite tunes.

My partner and I went & it was such a good time. I would recommend wearing warm clothes in. My partner and I assumed that the suits that we were going to be given were going to be a full body suit but they only went down to knees. Apart from that, the 2 men were so funny & were so good to have a conversation with. So accommodating & lovely. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore. The only down fall I personally think was the quality of the gloves. I do understand that good quality gloves are expensive but they definitely would go a long way as i completely couldn’t feel my hands after 20 minutes

Really nice experience, a different activity for a Saturday night, staff was great and friendly! Drinks are good and the bartender was really nice! We have lots of fun 🤩

Supercool, pun intended, experience. It is absolutely freezing inside but the atmosphere and drinks (which were great) help you warm up a bit. They provide coats, gloves and boots, if needed. The attendant and bartender the day we went we fabulous. Great wheelchair accessibility for entry, exit and all areas inside. Some of the cameras are too high to capture wheelchair folks in group photos.

Best night ever at Ice bar, staff were fantastic and group size was small so we had plenty of time for drinks, photos and fun. A must do in Melbourne & great before heading out to other bars/ pubs

Had an absolutely fantastic time!! My partner and I stumbled upon the IceBar on our way to ACMI and got online to book for later the same day. From the front desk to the bar the staff were warm and engaging and really elevated the entire experience. Drinks were delicious and the games set up was a blast. Definitely recommend and will be back and bring friends next time! Thanks for a great time.

This place is awesome. After reading lots of negative reviews, I was rethinking my decision as an entry ticket is $50+, but I'm glad I chose to do otherwise. The ticket was 50+, as I visited this place during Easter Holidays, so this is just a pending review that I'm doing now!

I had to wait for 5 to 10 minutes as they sent people in a cold room in a group. Each group has a designated time period of 40 minutes, and until then, no other group will be allowed to enter in which was great!
It's indeed a challenge to stay in there for 40 minutes & endure the coldness with iced cold drink!!! I had a chocolate mocktail, which was yummy 😋.

The staff & bartender were sweet & quick with their tasks. Especially how quick the reception guy was with helping us wear the safety gears!

I went their alone but got lucky and ended up with an amazing group! Everyone in the group was very friendly and nice, and we all enjoyed it to the fullest!!! So it really does matter with whom you visit this place, so make sure to get all funny ones in your group to enjoy this place, so you won't end up with having dumb & boring 15-20 minutes session.

There are 2 to 3 different games to play, like tic tac toe, 4 in a row & Jenga! They also have some funny signs, masks, caps & tiaras to use for photos.
The only sad thing is you can't use your mobile to take photos & you'll have to pay for photos which they take. But again, it depends on person to person whether they want to pay for the photos or not.

Overall, for me, this was a fun experience, and if you love cold or ice, you should definitely visit this place!

Wonderful experience. Great way to spend our anniversary. The workers were very friendly and nice. Louis is a great bartender and even gave us a free shot for our anniversary. Would definitely come again!!

Absolutely brilliant! We had Gabby as our bartender and she was so lovely, made our anniversary so special and we really can’t thank her enough! Amazing experience!

Such a different, unique, FUN experience! You can’t take photos on your own phone however you can take pictures with the setup they have there and then buy any photos you like but it’s definitely fun and worth it. It’s worth a visit, especially for us as we came from Canberra. Drinks are delicious we had one shot and one cocktail each and it was one of the best ones I ever had. The guy that served me at the bar was really nice. Has really nice props for the photos and you should definitely buy your photos to keep as a memory!! Probably my #1 favourite place in Melbourne.

Gabby went above and beyond as a staff member and Melbourne citizen. Spared a good chunk of her time laying out the best spots in Melb for us to visit, appreciate her excellent customer service.
