The men at this business have been very generous in helping solve the problem with my boot, which every now and again won't lock. They've never charged me. Last time it was right
on closing, and raining, but they persisted until it finally
locked. Definitely recommend.

My home security was recently compromised so I had 2 employees come to change front and rear door deadlocks. Very professional and even took the time to try and fix the front screen door handle as well without charge.
From memory it's an $110 call out fee and $44 per lock.
