This pharmacy is still a small personal business.staff are so lovely and friendly.make you feel so welcome .they know everyone by name .something the big pharmacies cannot do
If you want still to be treated as someone special this is the pharmacy for you

Even though they are a smaller pharmacy the staff are so helpful and if they don't have a product they recommend getting one in another. They dispense medicines quickly and can keep your prescriptions there so all you have to do is go there and ask for it to be filled and they all know you by sight or name because they're connected to toukley family practice and know the doctors

At a recent visit to this pharmacy for a prescription to be filled, I realised the medication given was not the same as my usual BP medication. So I mentioned this to the pharmisist and asked for a refund. And I apologised to her.
An older woman approached the counter and was immediately annoyed with me as I was needing a refund. She was abrupt and told me they do not stock all of these types of medications available. Annoyed with me she said, "We can't keep them all".
I made a mistake and apologised for the inconvenience, but this was not enough for either staff member.
The older woman continued to interrupt me when I again apologised... so I told her she is rude. She said, "I was 'trying' to be polite to you". I am a customer and the staff members are supposed to be polite, friendly and helpful! Applying you tried to do something means you didn't do it.

Will not come back.
I was judged on my purchase as the product was for children according to the pharmacist. The adult dose was on the packaging and they didn’t have anything else.
I felt like I had been made fun of during the transaction and when I called back and was laughed at. I knew what I needed and was not expecting to be unfairly treated the way I had. I have never been treated like this before by any other pharmacist. I really hope the pharmacist treats others more respectfully in the future.

The spastics at this pharmacy will lose your scripts every time.
