Lost my beautiful girl Jazz 2 weeks ago, staff here were amazing. We were able to stay with her whilst she went to sleep forever. Best vets so compassionate, thank you. Wendy

Took my sick dog to my local vet and they said there wasn’t anything wrong with her. We then Took her to Baccus Marsh Vet for a second opinion and through their persistence they were able to diagnose her with cancer, she passed away a week later. Thanks to Baccus Marsh Vet We were able to show her lots of love and mentally prepare ourselves for the end. Will be taking my other pets there in the future.

Great service and kind vets. Unlike other vets I've been too they weren't in it to squeeze every dollar from you and actually had ours and our pets needs as top priority and very caring. Didn't have to wait long either which is a great plus. Definitely recommend.

Have been bringing my dog here since the day we moved to Bacchus Marsh. Always well looked after. Recently adopted a cat from here as well.
I have a lot of confidence that my pets are well looked after here.

Bacchus Marsh Vet helped us when our kitty with end stage kidney disease had to cross the rainbow bridge. They made the whole process very comfortable for our kitty by giving him sedation first, once the sedation started to work it relieved his pain and he purred in our arms as he fell asleep. Its never easy when your pet has to cross the rainbow bridge and me and my partner have had traumatic experiences in the past elsewhere but Bacchus marsh vet made it so comfortable for our beautiful boy and we are forever grateful.

Beautiful vets and vet nurses. Very caring during the hardest times, losing our beautiful old boy. Extra happy and excited for us with our new addition. Recently had to put our 2 senior fur babies down during this emotional time staff treated them and us respectfully truely special people.

Our first interaction with Bacchus marsh vet was unfortunately to have our dog euthanised; the staff are very supportive and didn't push paperwork on us despite this being our first time there. Thank you for your support and understanding, it means a lot to us.

Dr. Raina was very professional, helpfull and very kind and considerate with our fur baby, "Angel", throughput her illness and her last day when we said our goodbyes ... we so appreciated it ... thankyou so much from Barbara and Noel McBain ⚘

Staff were super friendly and great at explaining what they were doing. Everything is clean and send hygienic

The staff at this practice are incredible, Raina had seen to our Large boy Koda, she made one of the hardest times of our lives manageable with her professionalism, compassion and just a great understanding for what your loved ones are experiencing, pets and people included. We cannot thank Raina and the whole team enough for looking after our precious Koda boy on his journey to doggy heaven.

Amazing group of people, extremely helpful on every occasion we've required their services, whether just a check ups or for immunisations to after hour emergencies.

Best vets around highly recommended them they go out of there way ,for all pets large and small.

Lovely staff, very attentive and gentle with our Bunnies. Clean premises, great location. Always happy to answer questions and give advice. Fees are reasonable, will travel here for a vet rather than a closer by chain store.

All the vets here are absolutely amazing. So caring and knowledgeable
