R.M.Williams Collins Street

Bought this brand for the first time and I really enjoyed the experience. The adviser (Benjie ?) was wonderful, clear explanation of the different models, patient with my needs and questions. He also gave me general shopping tips for my short stay. Thank you!

I got a beautiful pair of Adelaide from this shop. It was so pretty and fit on my feet perfectly! “Frank” was amazingly helpful and nice! He informed us how to care this boots also. Def want to buy another pair next time :-)

Have been to a few RM Williams stores in Melb to buy boots but have found the staff here the nicest. Very happy.

The name says it all! If your serious about any R.M. Williams gear, forget going anywhere else and make the effort and journey here to shop. Excellent customer service and, well, their products sell themselves and there is literally nothing I could say to add to that!

My 20 year old pair of RM Williams boots needed to be re-soled. When I went to collect them, they had been re-soled and re-lasted a size smaller and were unwearable. The staff were very apologetic and after a short investigation, realising that they couldn't be re-lasted up a size, replaced them with a brand new pair of boots. Fantastic service and special thanks to Frank for turning what was a difficult situation into a great experience.

Exceptional customer service to match the exceptional quality of their shoes! The staff at this RM Williams store provided me with the best customer service I have ever received, anywhere in the world, ever. I live in Europe but, while in Australia for work, took my 4-year-old RM Williams boots to this store to have them re-soled. After experiencing a number of frustrating problems with the soles of my boots after returning to Europe, the kind staff at this store sent me a new pair of replacement boots directly to my home in Europe. No questions asked. I cannot recommend this store highly enough. The staff really do go above and beyond to ensure customers are completely satisfied.

Recent visit to this store was an excellent experience. Service was exceptional and could not be faulted. The two staff members could not have provided better service or advice. The only problem I had was making a decision on which boot to buy. In the end we walked out with the standard craftsman and signature craftsman in chestnut. The latter being the most comfortable shoes I now own.

I love my RM's - just recently visited the Collins St store to pick up a new pair in brown - service was amazing and the hardest thing was choosing which colour brown to pick!
Unfortunately they did not have my size in store or in the wharehouse - however the team suggested looking at their online store are they have different stock their and I was able to purchase the same boot I tried on immediately online and it arrived within 2 days. Perfect.

This store is the most professional outfit going around,sales girl went out of her way to sort the right boot etc! Highly recommend,best brand ever! You get what you pay for unlike cheap imitations ☝

Good service and quality product! Although there was a computer error (no fault to them) when ordering my partners boots, the guys here on Collins st did all they could to rectify the problem and make it up to us for the delay. Top notch customer service

Possibly the best quality shoes in the world for regular use. They may appear slightly expensive in the beginning, but they stay good life long. I bought few pairs from this place as well from the Melbourne airport (I got some crew as well as duty free discount).
Staff at Collins St is very polite and helpful.
