Top quality and comfortable. I've wanted a pair of these since arriving in Melbs and I'm so happy with my boots.

The staff were helpful, the boots are a bit bigger than your standard 'usual' sizes so I needed to get a size smaller. This is normal apparently. If you're buying a gift, tell the staff and they will help with sizes. Really, if you're spending $500+ on boots, you should get fitted in the store.

I am definitely getting another pair of these in a different colour when I have the disposable cash.

Definitely check this place out. One word Quality - Comfort! OK... that was two world.

Great experience here! The staff here are excellent. I went too small with the sizing when I was initially fitted for a pair of comfort craftsmen boots. I went back in after 2 weeks and the staff there were really great and replaced my boots with a brand new pair in a bigger size.

Went to RM boots after having 2 pairs of Windsor Smith boots fall apart after 2 months. After trying RM boots on you can tell they are much better quality and worth the extra money.

Staff here helped me sort a return of a poorly fitted boot from a different location. Wonderfully patient and dedicated to making things right with the customer, even through the error was not theirs.

I'd like to thank the staff at this store for helping me with my purchase, very friendly and nothing seemed to be a bother to them. After some time I walked out with my purchase very happy indeed. I highly recommend this store for your RM Williams experience.

Went late Saturday afternoon to change size on an online purchase and decided to get a made to order (mto) pair instead. Angela was super patient - sized me (I had been trying on shoes a size too big; went down half a size and they fit better!) and showed me heaps of other boots to try on so I knew how they would fit. Never felt rushed even though store got busy. For $100 extra you get boots made just for you! Obviously it takes a while to make (10 weeks) so no instant gratification. Can't wait to get them!!

I am sooooo excited! Am in my mid 40's and have finally reached a place where I can afford to invest in a pair of RM Williams. The staff were lovely and helped get me sized up and provided some good advice whilst doing so. My boots are being made to order as I opted for the comfort sole for extra grip; being a Melbournian I thought it wise for the numerous rainy days we get. They arrive in a month, I hope they live up to my expectations:-)

Rocked up to grab a pair of boots.., bought trousers belts and trackies. The only thing that was a pain was a woman customer and her snotty nosed son from Brighton was purchasing and buying at the same time whilst I was waiting in line. I maybe turned up at the wrong time. But I purchased what I needed at the end

Excellent service, as I always say you get what you pay for in life, sales staff very knowledgeable and helpful - had an issue with my burnished boots no problem and sent back for repair at no cost!

Great service, had trouble with sizing and had to exchange twice before coming right. Wonderful staff and good shoes. Highly recommended!

Consistently excellent service. It's good to see a brand that still stands by their product. The shoes are well worth the money.
