I had such a great experience at my recent filling appointment with Dr. Jennifer and her assistant Brittany. They were both incredibly gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was at ease. I really appreciate the care and attention they both provided. I would highly recommend Dr. Jennifer to anyone looking for a gentle and compassionate dentist. Reception team is also one of the best I have ever encountered. Thank you all for a great experience!

30 years ago after a terrible dentist in Sydney I became so ill I avoided them, suffered terrible anxiety, only going if it was urgent.

Dr Matt and dental nurses have been great, I attend regularly, they explain everything as they go, very understanding. I feel more comfortable and easing my concerns is of great importance to them.
I’m very happy to have found a great dentist for my family.

Our daughters orthodontist is very good too, very friendly .

I cannot sing his praises enough!He is one of the most kindest,most caring and empathetic people I have ever had the pleasure to meet.He is very skilled in all his work and has a way to put you at ease from the moment you walk through his door.He is ready to answer any questions you may have without feeling foolish and to keep you in the loop with the entire scope of your treatment plan. He dedicates himself to his patients and makes himself available to discuss any area of query or concern.I actually look forward to my dental appointments these days because of him.

Being a tourist that just happened to be passing through Shellharbour, I had the unfortunate experience of having part of one of my molars breaking while eating. I got recommended to this clinic by the hotel staff, and would definitely highly recommend this place for getting any type of dental work done.
I was really thankful to the reception staff for making it easy to get an urgent appointment. As soon as I got there the warm welcome by all the staff made it pleasant and I already felt more relaxed (usually more anxious visiting the dentist).
My treating dentist was Dr Jennifer and I was really impressed by her professionalism and all the time she took to go through all the options I had to replace the broken tooth. I decided to go for a dental 'crown' as I had quite a significant chunk of tooth that broke and was explained that this was the best option to protect the remaining fragile tooth structure.
The facilities at the clinic are state of the art - I remember having a crown done on one of my other teeth a few years back and having uncomfortable materials being put in my mouth to take moulds. Not here... they took the tooth moulds digitally with a camera/scanner which was much more pleasant. Even more surprising - once they finished that they told me my crown would be ready in 45minutes. I remember having to wait 2 weeks for my last one but this clinic has an incredible machine called 'CEREC' and they literally milled my crown from a block of ceramic (same colour as my tooth, metal-free) and I managed to watch my crown being made in the waiting room (see pic).
After that Dr Jennifer and her assistants took great care to fit the crown in and I was able to go home and eat immediately.
Overall this is the best dental care I have ever received and would highly recommend this place, especially for Dr Jennifer as she went through great lengths to make sure my anxiety with dental treatment was addressed through her gentle approach and warm personality, along with all the staff there that make sure everything goes smoothly. Regarding the crown it has been 2 weeks now and it feels so natural and inconspicuous as it blends in so well colour wise with my teeth.
Sincere gratitude to all the staff in this place for their efforts. Keep it up :)

I recommend Dr Niesha at My Dental Team Shellharbour to anyone! She explained step by step what she will be doing she is also very gentle making sure that my dental experience is not stressful. Dr. Niesha’s dental assistants were all very professional and again helping in making my treatment experience not stressful. The staff of my dental Team Shellharbour were all very professional and helpful. The phone call after my treatment was just unexpected but welcomed as post treatment service. I came to Dr Pramesh with a bad toothache, expecting the worst. He took 3 X-rays, asked me extensive questions, examined me, poked and prodded very carefully and then told me he thought my teeth were fine. I was so surprised as I had toothache!!

He then asked if I had had a cold recently. "Yes", but I was over it now. He then suggested I had sinus problems that might account for the pain and I should try sinus tablets from the chemist before doing anything drastic. I agreed to try, but honestly, I had no faith in his diagnosis as I have not experienced sinus problems in my life.

He gave me referrals if he was wrong. He gave me instructions as to what to do if it didn't improve and how to proceed. I left and did as instructed. After only two tablets, the pain eased and after three I had no more pain!!! He has saved me money, time, pain and I am amazed.

Each time I come to this surgery, I feel I am listened to and dealt with very carefully and respectfully. It never feels as if I am being ripped off, in fact, quite the opposite. I can only give heart felt praise to Dr Pramesh and the other staff there.

Today I had an awesome experience at My dental team Shellharbour with doctor Winston and Maddi as the DA. Both were extremely friendly and comforting, and it is much appreciated that DR Winston sat me down and spoke about my X-RAYS. Was very pleasant and will be back in six months to see the same DR!! 😁👨‍⚕

Dr Alex Wenden and he's team have been absolutely amazing with my son.
They are great with explaining what my son needed. my son used to hate going to the dentist but because of Dr Alex and he's team my son is excited to go to every visit as they are very kind, gentle and patient.
He's teeth now look amazing and now he won't stop smiling.
I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs dental work

As a person with Autism your team were so supportive, allowing me to use noise cancelling headphones, giving me lots of breaks throughout and non-judgemental when I first arrived with my past history of dentist-phobia! You’ve done a wonderful job with my teeth, but even better, you’ve helped me not be so frightened of seeing dentists anymore. Thankyou!!

We travel from down the coast as a family just to visit Dr Jennifer and we love seeing her. She is professional, friendly, thorough, informative, and makes everyone feel really comfortable. The admin team at My Dental Team are always extremely helpful and professional.

My experience at My Dental Team Shellharbour was excellent. I found reception to be lovely and easy to chat to - my experience with Dr Niesha Agilan was calming and she talked me through the whole process. I felt very comfortable. I would 10/10 recommend.

After my 8 year old daughter needing extensive dental work done such as fillings and an extraction, I could not recommend Dr Jennifer and the team at my dental team enough. She is absolutely lovely and thorough at her work, she listens, and she explains everything to you to make you feel as comfortable as possible. My 4 year old and myself also see Dr Jennifer. She's fabulous!

Dr Premesh has done a wonderful job going above and beyond to gain my daughters trust in receiving dental treatments. He is so patient and caring .
