Twelve on Albert

A wonderful stay at 12 on Albert. Rooms extremely well fitted out. Location close to central Beechworth.

Boutique motel. Close to everything walking distance to town and attractions. Warm cosy and comfortable rooms. Cosy sitting area for conversation by the common area fireplace.

This property is stunning. We stayed there on 5/2/23 and I wished we could have stayed longer. It is immaculate. We had the room opening out onto the back veranda which was so beautiful to sit in. The property was very clean, bathroom generous and you could actually have a hot shower. It is a lovely walk into town. Definitely will be back and most likely stay there instead of booking in Bright as it’s not that far and the ambiance is breathtaking. Thank you

Much design "love & attention" has gone into this delightful boutique hotel. Beautifully equipped. The gardens are a triumph. The only downside is wi-fi - in our room it hovered between non-existent and patchy.

Great place to stay, well worth the price. Super convenient to access, close to town without being directly in it which was great. Rooms were clean and cosy. Very warm and the bathroom was exceptionally nice. Parking was easy and undercover. Highly recommend staying here

This property is so beautiful. The rooms are gorgeously decorated and very comfortable. The common areas are also lovely and the gardens are absolutely spectacular. The property is walking distance to everywhere. Everything about Twelve on Albert is easy - booking, location, check-in... Loved it. Would love to return.

On arriving at 12th on Albert at Beechworth we were presented with beautiful stunning gardens. Approaching the front door a lovely water feature which added to a lovely calming atmosphere. Entering the foyer there’s old fashioned furniture to very modern comfry chairs to well presented lounge and dinning room. We finally entered our room and more beautiful furniture to a comfortable bed, big shower with a seperate bath added with Beautiful bathroom products. Headed outside to be greeted with more well manicured garden and another beautiful water feature. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. Highly recommended,

Gorgeous place even in winter. Friendly service. Very comfortable. Big room, big comfy bed, clean and attractive ensuite with bath and separate shower, large shared (with other guests) living room with a fire place which was put on every morning. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Lovely walk around the lake just across the road. Towns around about within a comfortable days drive, wineries and breweries. Or you can sit in the grounds lovely manicured garden and drink tea or coffee, those amenities are available in your room. Very very nice and highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful. Like a private cottage tucked away in the middle of Beechworth. Comfortable room with a bath and air-conditioning. Bathroom was a little dirty on arrival, but not enough to detract from our stay.

An extremely well appointed, spacious accommodation surrounded by beautiful grounds a nd gardens, creating a tranquil setting. Does not disappoint. A must stay in Beechworth, Victoria.

We were so very lucky to find this place, beautiful, cosy, ensuite rooms, affordable. Would have stayed a week if we could. Beechworth is an exceptional town with so much charachter and 12 on Albert is the ultimate place to stay

Stayed there recently and the accomodation is pretty much like the photos show with a log fire in the main commons lounge area. Nicely appointed, neat and tidy with only a short walk into town.
