I love this place! It's a beautiful shop in which I felt very comfortable. The toys are lovely-looking and displayed in a way that invites you to look and explore. I especially love the sex-positive books at the front, and the staff are really lovely, helpful and genuine.

This afternoon I had the most positive customer experience at the Fitzroy shop.

Soon as I walked in the decor blew me away, beautiful, merchandise was very well presented on display and very clean.
I had ordered a product via their website which was a very easy and the website was in line with the store, easy to browse, fantastic visuals and very user friendly.

At the store I was greeted by to lovely ladies who very helpful, one of the ladies that was assisting me went way and beyond to guide me to ensure I have the correct product based on my needs, she is the epitome of professionalism, amiable and knows her products inside out.

This has been one of the best customer experiences I have had recently.

The team at Passionfruit are awesome. It's a really inclusive space, too, great for gender diverse and queer folks. I usually go there with a loose brief of what I'm after, and they're so great at matching you with the right products in a way that is s-x positive, body-inclusive, and gender-affirming. It reminds me of Babeland in NY, which is the gold standard for s-x positive sensuality stores of this type. If you're the kind of person who wouldn't go to most other stores in this category because of the ick-factor, but still value s-xual health and wellbeing, Passionfruit is definitely worth checking out.
