Great set up kitchen had everything and more .close to shops, petrol,hotel,doctors and more great location to everything we need will return .only thing was not happy was did not use BBQ be couse was very dirty had not been clean had lots of dust and rust and grease allso .allso not much information about the set up other for arrival all was ok .

My stay at this motel was ok, clean, tidy, quiet except for a room above us which was probably the gym. Nice and hot water for showers. Nice and warm heaters.
Couldn't use the BBQ as it was extremely dirty and oily. Fan in main bathroom wasn't working, washing machine very noisy, the light in the laundry didn't have a switch, (couldn't turn it off). Probably need curtains for the lounge for the cold weather. Otherwise I had a good rest.

Fabulous views. This place was sensationally accessible and great of our large family.

Very cozy place for family!

When we arrived, the property was dirty and smelly. Surfaces were clean but windows and glass were dirty, balcony was dirty, bedding was soiled/dirty. We had to go buy all cleaning products to give a proper thorough clean, and had to purchase pillows and quilts locally as they were so filthy. Our daughter woke up covered in bed bug bites every morning from the bed. After being told the bites are from bed bugs, we had to then discard the new bedding we purchased so we didn’t bring them home with us. There were various discarded objects and rubbish (food wrappers etc) from previous renters further highlighting the obvious lack of adequate clean prior to our arrival. There was no high chair on site someone had to bring it for us. There were no BBQ utensils, the bag was empty. The front door doesn’t lock from the inside so children can easily open. There is no fresh air source in 3/4 of the bedrooms, and only air conditioning in 1/4 bedrooms. The sound system connected to the TV didn’t work and had no instructions for use. There was no access to the pool or gym, all of which were advertised on the listing and included in the price of the stay. The entire experience was uncomfortable. Would never consider staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and definitely not if you have children.
