I had the pleasure of interacting with Arthur at Zambreros, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! Arthur's professionalism, combined with his warm and friendly demeanor, truly made my visit memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I received top-notch service, addressing all my questions and concerns with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are commendable. Zambreros is fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented worker like Arthur on their team. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking exceptional service with a smile!

I had the most scrumptious burrito on Sunday at lunchtime, the delicious flavours melted in my mouth and I am confident this was because of the great amount of love she put into making the burrito for me. <3
I always go on Sundays cause I know she will be there. Also, she was wearing her hair in a really tight ponytail so I didn't have to worry about hair getting in my food. Due to her hair being in a tight ponytail, I didn't have to report this as a work health and safety issue. When I left she handed me my burrito and offered me some napkins as I think I had some food left on my face from breakfast that she wanted me to clean off. Her kindness was contagious and I went home and told my whole family to visit Zamberos Norwood next weekend! See you next time Taliya xxx

I absolutely love coming in after cricket to grab a quick burrito. Both because it tastes amazing and satisfies my hunger, as well as because the staff here are absolutely amazing. You feel like your conversing with authentic people through the quick and delightful conversations you have with them while being served, compared to other places where you feel like just an order in a screen. I would 100% recommend to everyone who’s in the area to at least try:)

always love coming here, the staff are amazing and can always brighten up your day with their positive attitude and amazing food. so much love and effort is put in to make sure you get the best product possible. the girl with the little sword earring in particular is super nice and always asks me about my day. she's great :)

I went in yesterday (9/7/23) for lunch and was blown away by the service i received. i didn’t catch the name of the girl who served me but she had shortish, dark blonde hair and is my favourite person. story is that i was SEVERELY hungover because my parents divorced on saturday night and so i went clubbing to drink my thoughts away. so all i wanted yesterday morning was a good, fat burrito. and let me tell you, this girl PULLED THROUGH. honestly the BEST burrito i have ever had, she knew exactly what she was doing with wrapping it perfectly and everything, i genuinely felt the love going into this burrito. she was friendly and we had a conversation about how good the zambreros rice is. as i ate my burrito in the car, i actually cried a little bit (partly because of the divorce but also because of how good the burrito was… i know i sound dramatic but it just kind of reminded me of the beauty in the small things in this cruel world). hungover or not, i would give 10 stars if i could. i hope that girl gets a raise as i genuinely have not had a better experience at any zambreros ever before.

I've always heard great things about the Norwood Zambrero and had great customer service but this sunday i came in around lunch time and my server Taliya was absolutely wonderful. She made sure that i was happy with my burrito and she was very good at recommending things to add as it was my first time having something from Zambrero. She was very welcoming and bubbly and made my day, the burrito was amazing!!!

I vote tori Humphrey's as an amazing and very positive girl. She was very patient and amazing when I was ordering especially with that gorgeous happy smile she has. This is my I vote her as the best staff member within zambi as the atmosphereis is amazing with her there. Can't wait to order from her and see that amazing and happy smile

A great little place to grab some food and either stroll the Parade or like me, filling up great food before my movie starts at the theatre right next to it.

Customer service was great, I felt really welcomed by girl at the front, I think her name was Taliya. I could see that she was really passionate when she was working and always had a big smile on her face!

Awesome food with a global social benefit. They are great for vegan options an choice. This store is particularly clean and the staff got a complex order from unsure customers perfectly right without fuss or attitude. Really appreciated as we had some first timers.
If I had to choose one food I had to eat for the rest of my life it would be a Zambrero vegan Burrito!

I live quite close to this Zambies and let me tell you i’m obsessed. Absolutely love the stores atmosphere along with the friendly, welcoming team, not to mention of course the fresh, healthy, AND delicious foods. As someone who has spent approximately 13 years living in Xalapa, Mexico, this is my new home away from home. Not as authentic as my abuelas but still just as delicious! Tasty, fresh, and of course, supplemented with such impeccable service from nice young people, Zambrero in Norwood is such a lovely place to spend my nights!! Highly recommend to everyone who comes over from home. Last time I went I was served by a lovely young woman who wrapped the best burrito I have ever had! I didn’t get her name but she had worked there for many years, and was just about the nicest person who I’ve ever talked to in a customer service job. She made me miss my home a little bit less with the tasty burritos I devoured for dinner. Love your work Zambreros! Keep it up!! 🇲🇽🌯

Zambrero's Norwood is my favourite restaurant. I am a Sunday lunch regular and the staff are always exceptionally friendly and welcoming. 5 stars!!!

I nice girl was quite friendly she was short and wore glasses once and once she didn't. They were nice glasses. They were tiffany and co. Please tell her i like them. Good burrito. Great burrito. Excellent burrito. Cheers x
