Little Giggles Child Care Centre

It’s always hard to trust and leave your little one in someone else’s care and know that they are well looked after. While we lived in the area we sent our 1 year old to Little Giggles everyday and always felt he was safe, happy, rested, and well fed. Auntie Diep and her team have a nice routine and relationships with the kids. As it is a smaller daycare, they truly know the kids and what they like and how to work with them. Our 3 year old would also attend on days he was not at school and enjoyed being outside and playing in the cubby house. They did lots of activities to continue leaning and practicing fine motor skills, and the location is also great for us being close to a school for before school care and after school care, when that was needed.

My family enjoy coming to little giggles childcare because it’s the best childcare centre we have come across. The educators are so welcoming and lovely. We believe and trust them.
Thank you little giggles for taking good care of our little girl. We go to work with satisfaction that our little girl is in good hands. Thank you auntie Diep for always being so professional and positive.

I was looking for a proactive and comfortable place for my son, then I found little giggle. My son loves to be there. Staff is so polite and caring. I go to my work with a satisfaction that my son is in good hands. People at little giggle are gems and golden hearted. Specially, Diep is so positive and professional. Little giggle is now a second home for my son.

My son would attend Little Giggles 3 days a week for almost 2 years, we relocated and were sad to take him away from there. With the help of all the staff there he grew into a confident and smart little man. Great routines in place, which we followed at home as well. This in one of the cleanest day care centers I have been in. We were very happy with the service.

My two children have been going to Little Giggles for 1 years after moving from another daycare . The difference was noticeable immediately, the educators were welcoming and hands on. They gave my children the nurturing they needed. My son was in the middle of toilet training and they persevered supporting him through out the days.

Best child care centre: little giggles team is wonderful. My son was attending other childcare in area. He was sick more days than actual attendance days, had issues with communication and had new child educator or assistance every few days or weeks. With consistency with educators, Within 3 months full time at little giggles my son is able to speak sentences of 3-4 words. We did not have a single sick day.

This place is a hidden gem. We would like every parent knows about it. Our kids moved from another childcare to Little giggles about 3 months ago.

First impression - At the very first step-in to the place (for a tour), we saw other kids' smiles on their faces, they were talking to the educators nicely and politely. And we know this is the place that our kids need to be staying with.

Emotions/Mental - Before, we had never ever seen our kids smiling whenever we picked them up from the previous daycare, they were always crying just like no one cares. BUT now in Little giggles, we only see BIG SMILES on their faces. The most important thing is we feel the love and caring from the educators to the kids. Our girl is a sensitive and cautious little one, she would never get closer/ give someone a big hug on the first day of knowing the person. But she did to the educator on the first day when we picked up. What a surprise! What did you do to her, Auntie Diep.

Development - Our 4yo also picks up communication & social skills well, we can see a better development on her English (We teach and speak our mother tongue at home only), as well as socialisation with others. Now, she is well-prepared and confident in her transition to kindy this year.

Environment - Although Little giggles has a relatively smaller organisational structure than the company daycare, it is the advantage of it. We absolutely like the idea of mixing up kids with different age groups in the room. Our 1.5yo builds up a strong attachment and relationship with his older sister as they are allowed to play and have funs together. We see a big difference on their interactions in this 3 months. They are communicating although fighting all the time (In the past, they used to play in their own corner like they don't have sibling. It is possibly because they were separated and would not see each other at all in the previous daycare).

We all like the place and the educators. Our kids have a really good time here. We appreciated you make our kids feel secure and relax with you, you make them look forward to come (that make our life easier when dropping off). Thank you.

Lovely day care ever! My two little boys came here when they are 6 months old until 4 years old now. Feel safety and warm all the time. All the staff with responsibility by heart.

Smaller daycare with very personalised service! Same consistent team of educators that go above any beyond to look after my son.

My son has just started here for before school care and he absolutely loves it. He’s having so much fun and the staff are so caring and loving. They love all the kids there and they are always so happy.

This daycare center is great! The staff is really friendly and take an excellent care of my kids. We believe and trust them. Highly recommended.

The best childcare Centre I’ve ever come across, my 2 children love it so dearly, the educators are so welcoming and respectful, the amount of care and activities is so amazing I’ve noticed a lot of learning in my children

Very good day care. My son really enjoyed a lot. I like this place.

Two of my boys attended the centre. I was very impressed with the service and the routine. It was an easy transition from the centre to kindy and pre-primary.

My 10 month old only went for 4 days and we decided to pull her out they do not have professional cook , I was staying with my daughter for few hours there, one day educator cook boil packet noodles which were not cooked properly. There is was no other kids close to my daughter's age.all the time different staff.

So poor way of talking from the lady was on reception. Seems like she just came out of prison and start working for this place, I can imagine what their way will be for handling to kids. Horrible service
