Very helpful experienced staff . Great advice. Lots of stock packed into a small store . Yes they inflate balloon type products for you . If a helium gas required to be used, needs to be same day as it permeates out through latex . A special additive can be used in it to last longer but still do not expect it to last a day or 2 ahead of function .
Chairs , fridges ,tuckerbox style eskies several sizes, dancefloors, lighting . Everything party is there.

Customer service was excellent; very friendly and helpful on the phone, rang when promised and turned up at the agreed times. Best value folding chairs that I was able to find, and good condition for the price. Other companies often can't be bothered with smaller events and have ridiculous minimum spends and delivery prices. Not so here, highly recommend.

As a Wedding & Events Planner here in Perth I am very choosy about who we hire from. I found the service from the New Management to be 110% and quality of the items in very good condition. I highly recommend using them for your party hire needs.
