If I could give more stars I would. Justin was incredible, he spoke in terms I understood, was very fast, got the job done super fast and now I'm cruising along again without an issue. Whenever I have a computer issue I call Justin. Always finds a solution, quick turnaround and very knowledgeable about computer things I can't get my head around! My Dad also relies on him for all his computer needs, Justin is so helpful and patient with him and I really appreciate it!

On the verge of hard drive failure and finally referred to Justin for SSD upgrade, clean and repair corrupt files on PC which was well overdue. Contacted Justin quick phone response always a good sign, I had an issue with my PSU, Justin provided me with detailed information of the probable faults. Justin arrived at precisely the time he said he would. Sorted out my software problems and taught me heaps of things that perhaps I should have already known. I decided to use Justin again when my computer kept shutting down because he provided me with such a prompt and successful resolution of my IT problems last year. I wasn’t disappointed.
Despite the fact that I needed a new computer, Justin offered to custom build me one to my requirements which was price competitive to anything you can buy in store yet superior in quality and aesthetics.
He took my computer away on Thursday and the new one was ready to go on Monday with all my personal data intact and any unnecessary programs etc removed. I was also provided with a detailed quote that I understood and consulted during the transition process. I am extremely satisfied with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Justin to anyone. He is friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and efficient.

Justin attended very promptly during 2020 and quickly diagnosed the problem and told me about options to repair the problem. His advice was good. and the computer served me well for another year. I have now gone with a new system (Sept 2021) and Justin set up the new so it looked like the old, but works much better. His ability to work with the computer challenged (me) is first rate. I'd happily recommend him.
