I recently had installed a European Laundy and had an issue on how to get a blind to cover the front when not being used. The Blind Factory said impossible, and the laundry installer said not possible. Well David from Harkness Interiors came over and thinking outside the square installed a motorized blind that sorted it out. Great care to detail. I could not recommend them more highly.

Our body corporate used Thomas O'Keefe to replace the carpet in the common area of a block of flats (including one set of stairs). The team were helpful with provide advice on suitable carpet, the most appropriate colours and the installation took place without any issues. The cost was compeitive and I would use them again.

We needed new carpets after 25 years and have nothing but praise for David and his team. Great service, friendly and professional.

When pulling up the old carpets they discovered some mould from a leaking shower base and were extremely accommodating in getting back to us as soon as we had fixed the leak and finished laying the rest of the carpet. Some 18 months on we are very happy with the choice of carpet.

David and Wanda were extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect rug for our apartment and were even good enough to come and quote for carpeting after hours at my parents house. I can't recommend them anough! An absolute pleasure to deal with.

terrible experience!!! We had a stain on a carpet and they were going to replace the whole piece of carpet initially, but when they send the person to do it, he replaced only the small piece stained, we thought it could be maybe cheaper so accepted and at the end they charged exactly the same, something extremely overpriced for the job done, we would have preferred changing the whole piece instead, as we paid for it anyways.
Don’t recommend them at all, there are better places with fair prices.

Absolutely hopeless. This bunch of useless amateurs, aka Harkness interiors, have kept us in limbo for weeks while we wait to get carpet replaced via insurance. They don't order carpet in when they say will, don't book in laying when they say they will, and don't ring back. Avoid at all cost.
