Their communication throughout the processes was spot on, with answering any questions I had. Calling me the minute my dress arrived through their front doors and booking me in for fittings.

I felt comfortable with all the fittings and alterations as their team knew exactly what they were doing.

When it came to the final product of my dream wedding dress it fit like a glove and I felt like a princesses on the happiest day of my life.

Samantha became apart of our family throughout this process and on the days I went for fitting she kept my calm and eased my nerves with the stress of planning a wedding.

Both buying my dress & trying to find someone to make the alterations, without having purchased from them, had been incredibly stressful, but from the minute I walked into Sam's gorgeous shop, there was no stress at all. Sam was warm, engaging & reassuring. I walked out after the first fitting looking forward to the weeks ahead, which was the first time I had felt like that since I'd gotten engaged.

Trying the dress on for the last time before the wedding was a wonderful experience too. The alterations were perfect, it fitted like it had been made just for me. I couldn't have been happier.

Found the most amazing dress with Sam's help, it was better than I could have ever hoped for on my wedding day. Sam and her team are amazing! Sam is absolutely lovely, so easy to talk to and knew straight away how to achieve what I was looking for with my wedding dress alterations. She is professional, calm and confident and somehow made each visit to the store for fittings feel relaxed whilst being efficient at the same time (incredible considering I brought my little one along each time too!). I recently took my wedding dress into Samantha Wynne for some alterations after purchasing in a sale online. My first fitting Sam made me feel so welcome, listened to my concerns and treated me like one of her own brides. My dress fitted perfectly and I was comfortable enough to party all night in my dress. From the moment I walked into their shop and saw my dress on the rack, I fell in love!! The best part was my dress happened to be on sale not to mention it was my absolute dream dress. Everything I was looking including the fabric. I had recently had a baby and the dress was a bit too small, so we needed to do quite a few alterations but no request was too hard and they always made me feel beautiful even helped nurse and feed my baby at my fittings. I also bought my daughter flower girl dress from them and they named the dress after her because it was so gorgeous on her. So now its called "Savannah". I can't thank you enough for making me feel so special and glamourous. My wedding day was incredible and I had so many comments on my dress!! It was my dream dress and they made it all possible. It was my friend's first time trying on dresses today. From the moment we walked in the door, Sam and Anne were wonderful. Not only were they both absolutely lovely ladies, but they also made our bride-to-be feel comfortable and heard. She got to try on different options without any pressure, and the designs were all stunning.
It was a stark contrast to the negative experience we had at another bridal boutique, which made us feel more pressured.

If you are looking for your wedding dress, I couldn’t recommend Samantha Wynne more highly. Samantha went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress in a very tight timeframe! To complicate the matter, I was 20 weeks pregnant and growing - so Samantha left my alterations to the week before so that my dress fit perfectly! Samantha is the most beautiful person and her dress selection, service and attention to detail are unbeatable.

If i could give more stars i would. Sam and her fabulous team have been just so wonderful! I went in to her shop to look for a flower girl dress and left feeling like i was part of the family!
We got a beautiful flower girl dress, which Sam was more than happy to hold when our wedding got postponed and called us back in to ensure it still fit and suited for our rescheduled date. Sam and her alterations team worked so hard to have my dress altered in time for my wedding even when an unexpected lock down happened. I always felt special in their shop and nothing was ever too much. I will be highly recommending Samantha for years to come <3 There are no words to describe my gratitude and happiness with these wonderful ladies.

Wow where to start! Samantha literally took me into her arms from the first phone call. I live rural and had major delays with my dress and short time frames to get everything completed. Samantha organised for my alterations to be done over a weekend (2 days) and back in my arms so I had the dress when I travelled back home. Samantha was so kind and professional and the alterations were done beautifully. The ladies offered so much professional advice and support I could not speak highly enough of my experience! Samantha and her team organised some last minute alterations for my dress and all I can say is how amazing Samantha and her team were! She honestly had such a huge impact on my wedding! I felt just beautiful in my dress and had so many comments and it was because it finally actually fit me!!

I went into Samantha Wynne store with the intention to try on dresses to see a style that suited me so I could buy online. I live in remote WA (exmouth) and was in Perth for an unexpected visit. Samantha allowed me to try on dresses as a walk in between appointments. After a short discussion Samantha said I have the perfect dress for me, she did. I tried just two more on before committing to the first. She held the dress in store for me until I returned one week before my wedding, she measured and altered the dress for me all within 2 hours due to my limited time. She was overly accommodating with her service and clearly talks and advises from experience, on top of this she is a very likeable person!! I couldn't recommend her more.
