The best shopping mall to be, there be 4 big markets in it. Coles, woolworths, k-mart and alda. For worthy clothes, buy in k-mart (it lowers as 1usd)
Buy chocolate, fruits, cheese, beverage, and snacks in coles and woolsworths.

to be fair this experience i had was really long ago but one time i walked in and the security staff spoke korean to me, i'm not even korean and the person at the door clearly wasn't korean either so i was very confused. maybe they thought i was korean but its pretty funny to me. other than that ive come a few times, always find what i need. price isn't expensive, it is the cost you'd see anywhere else. not really competitive price but i trust jbhifi, if i'm buying electronics i'm buying it at jbhifi.

Great customer service all day everyday. One of the best stores when it comes to getting served by the staff, whereas in some other JB’s you end up waiting for someone to serve you for ages.

Brilliant! Went there to buy a wifi modem router. Told the guy that iiNet had told me I needed a modem for fttp connection. Jbhifi guy said no that wasn’t the case and all I needed was a wifi router. Saved me $120!!!!. He could have just sold me a modem. Now that is what I call customer service!

Spencer helped my dad and I greatly, couldn’t recommend his help enough. Very friendly and happy to help us. 5 stars for him and his customer service! :)

Got a printer, an iphone 13, a laptop, 2 headsets and something else here all reasonable price and in high quality👍 Nice staffs giving wonderful experience well done JB Hi-Fi!

Bought a 75 inch Samsung Tv and sound system with a power plug extensions.

The staff are very helpful and guide the customers properly to find their desired products

I went into the store after making a phone call to see if they had the shark pro detect vacuum and was very happy with the customer care I received from Jess she was knowledgeable kind and very pleasant to deal with went out of her way to help me get the best deal possible for me I went in only to buy the shark but because she was so great at her job I decided to buy my laundry equipment that I needed thru her and the store. JB HIFI you have done it again with employing such a lovely person who cares about her customers and making them feel at ease. Great job and Jess I will be back for a new tv and sound system. Always had great customer service. No fuss. No issues. Staff always happy to assist when I've had questions. Recently had a faulty product (1st ever) but no problems with exchange.

Big shout out to Corey and his team in the phone section! The lads were lovely and so helpful when I went in to purchase my new phone in early June. Then a couple of weeks later when I got a whopping bill from Telstra and they traced it back to JB I called the store immediately. I got through to Corey eventually who was absolutely amazing and just got it all sorted, although he couldn't action it immediately. Even better, he took it on himself to follow it through and even kept me updated. THANK YOU COREY!!! And the team I love you guys seriously. Stay awesome :)

One of the best JB HiFi shops I had been to. Shoutout to Grabiel from the phones team. Very accommodating and helpful to price match the iPhone. Would recommend you look him up next time you visit, he will look after you.. easy peasy.
