Their Job Ready application was provided swiftly and they were easily contacted. Much better than 1-Stop - try and call those guys and you will learn to endure boring hold music to be hung up on, or no response to emails other than an acknowledgement of receipt. Just be aware that if an employer says the card issued by Veritas does not have an access microchip, an access card can be applied for separately through the required agency. Problem occurred in Port of Brisbane when employer could not understand that the MSIC, and the access card could be separate cards. the latter being issued by the designated agency. Ultimately forced to apply for the MSIC again, which is not the fault of Veritas, but the employer. Frustrating!
