We'd been trying to lease our workshop out for almost two years, trying agent after agent and they either failed miserably or just didn't care enough to put the effort in. Raine & Horne nailed it in a few weeks and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They've managed the tenancy completely and we've been more than thrilled with the service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Raine & Horne last year took over the management of property we have be renting since 2004, in the short time they have been managing it we have seen more of them then the other mangers over the last 13 years, they have assisted in resolving problems we had with the other managers, have organised maintenance and have been responsive and quick to any queries we had. I would recommend them on their professionalism and willingness to tackle issues fairly and quickly.

Raine & Horne Commercial have managed and leased our properties for many, many years. We find them to be extremely competent, friendly and approachable, yet very professional. Dismal service, avoid at all costs.

Lack of call backs when we left messages requesting to view a property. Not really interested in helping us lease the property.
After having to take the lead every step of the way we finally managed to lease the property through them.
Had a problem in the property in week 1 due to them not giving any information to us at key hand over.
Contacted their property manager who was as interested in helping us as the agent was in helping us lease the property in the first place!

At the initial problem stage, I asked to speak to the principle who listened and said he'd come back to me after finding out more. I never heard back from him.

Would not recommend leasing through these if at all possible.
As a landlord myself I certainly wouldn't put a commercial property up for lease with them either based on my experience.

Terrible service from Raine & Horne Commercial Wembley branch. Had to contact them three times to arrange an inspection of a property because no-one bothered to call back the first two times, then one delay after another throughout the leasing process with us having to press them to take action at every stage. We have now leased through them because we liked the property and the property manager is proving just as bad. No proactive contact from them, no information provided, our business is now without power for two days due to their mistake, and their attitude is "nothing to do with us". Both the leasing agent and the property manager have been lazy and about as much use as a glass cricket bat. Avoid at all costs. All this can be substantiated if anyone wants to PM me.

Inconsiderate & unhelpful. Our neighbor is selling his commercial property through R&H. They placed a 2.5 meter tall "for sale" signage right in front of our shop (but on council property, which they said it's legal). We politely asked them to move the sign back to the actual unit is "for sale" but not in front of our shop. (P.S. our shop front has more traffic exposure. We are in Unit 4, but Unit 1, which is the one selling, is placing their "for sale" sign in front of Unit 4). It gave people the wrong impression that our shop is for sale and adversely affecting our business as people think we are closing down. Called their agent, and he said his client insisted to put in front of my shop as it's council property. I told them it may not be illegal, but it's inconsiderate and not the right thing to do. As an professional agent, I think it's important to have the right practice and also to advise their clients to do the right thing and not to affect others. I tried to call R&H office and tried to speak to a manager. The Marketing Lady assisted me, but she said she understood how I felt. She needed to check with their directors. I never hear back from any of them.

Lucky we still alive, the shop where I work caught fire and we still waiting for an action or even a response. Good luck if you expect any call back or response to your emails once you locked in.
