Excellent service from Brad.
Had quote for Spilt System to be installed.
Quote and was the only one received out of three other businesses in Whyalla.

Brad also took the time to make sure the right Split system was being installed instead of playing a guessing game like other businesses clearly did.

Too busy, couldn't do the job for 6 weeks so I found someone else who did the job in 3 days

Never going back boss was rude and gave the wrong diagnosis said all was good but after going to another place got correct diagnosis and great service. Brad close your doors you dont know what your doing beware people

Tryed to call but didn't answer a few times left a message but they didn't return call either after they come tested my air conditioner and on the invoice noted the gas level was down , then contradicted themselves by saying that it's working fine.

Very disappointing
Didn't come to give me a quote on the day that we discussed and have not been contacted by them since
Will be using a different installation company to have split systems installed in the 2 bedrooms
Tradespeople need to stay in touch with the customer as we often have to take time off work to get the job done
