Very happy with the end result, they did everything possible to make sure my vanity was ready ahead of my renovation start day. Was pretty easy to pick out what I wanted and when I changed my mind about the sink I'd requested from them, Larry removed it from my order without any problems. Thanks!

Great store with knowledgeable service. Much better prices and service than the "better known brand". I'll be coming back here for any future purchases.

We have used Bathroom Warehouse for our renovations over the past three years and are super impressed by the pricing, products and service from start to finish. Larry and his team go above and beyond and made the what could be a stressful process so much easier and enjoyable for us. These guys are incredible!! So helpful and always go out of their way to provide any assistance/advice you could need.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Perry and Larry for their wonderful service after visiting and purchasing a vanity, top, mixer, drain and shower hose from your Osborne Park warehouse. Perry was my first point of contact.  He was very knowledgeable and able to advise me of specific finishing points of the vanity.  He arranged for the unit to be transferred to the warehouse in a timely fashion. On returning to collect the vanity unit, my husband and I were once again given great advice from Perry in purchasing tap and drain.  We liked his common sense approach and attentive nature to our purchase. We met Larry who helped us load the unit into our vehicle.  Both he and Perry were quite humorous and we all laughed at some loading antics.  It's so nice to meet a couple of professional salespersons who are able to relate to customers. We would like to thank Perry and Larry for a positive experience shopping at Bathroom Warehouse. I believe Bathroom Warehouse are lucky to have two great guys working for them.  Hopefully they get a great EOFY bonus.

I speak very highly of Bathroom Warehouse and, especially so of the store manager, Larry. I had bought bathroom wares about 6+ years ago and when a part failed I returned to the store. Larry was considerate and helpful, showing great courtesy and excellent customer care.

We bought a vanity with basin and a mirror cabinet for our bathroom renovation from The Bathroom Warehouse. We found the staff very helpful particularly when during the renovation our design changed and we needed to change the mirror cabinet. nothing was too much trouble for them and Larry went the extra mile to assist us. He even spent a considerable amount of time ringing other suppliers trying to find a specific type of vanity cabinet that we wanted for another bathroom we are renovating.
