Dr John Ling

Excellent service, able to fit us in quickly, and Dr Ling was wonderful throughout our consultations, surgery and follow up visits. He explained the issues and treatment options clearly and was very reassuring throughout the whole process.

Dr Ling's office were able to offer us an appointment on the same day when my son had terrible ear pain. Dr Ling was kind, helpful and friendly. He provided the acute treatment needed and options for longer term management. Today I just had a very useful and supportive conversation with Simone who was able to remind me of the treatment options, give me the information I needed and to check with Dr Ling some remaining questions I had. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you.

Very impressed. Dr Ling easily solved and treated the hearing problem I had developed in one ear. His explanation was easily understood and his manner was friendly and enthusiatic.

I was in a bad way with a blocked ear for nearly 3 weeks. Nothing was helping and I was having to take days off work as a nurse.
My doctor phoned him and that morning he saw me and fixed it for me there and then.
He is so caring and nice. His staff are lovely, very good at their job.

Dr John Ling has been caring for my chronic ear problem since 2014. During this time l have found him to be a highly competent and skilled ENT surgeon. Along with his 2 receptionists Dr Ling is friendly, reassuring, supportive and respectful. All staff listen to me and always treat me in a prompt and efficient manner. If l could give this exceptional practice more than 5 stars l would.

I visited Dr. Ling on Thursday 5th Nov to get my nose cauterised. I was able to make the booking easily via phone on the Tuesday of that week and they managed to fit me in quickly.

My appointment was very quick and efficient. Dr Ling was patient and kind, and he drew diagrams for me to explain the issue with my nose and what he would be doing in the procedure. He took the time to make sure that I understood everything and made sure that I was comfortable.

Dr Ling is amazing. He's able to explain things in a way that anyone can understand, and he genuinely seems to care about his patients. The staff there are also very nice, professional, and helpful. I had a great experience with Dr Ling.

Absolutely fantastic specialist. Always been very thorough and fixed my ears. He has been great with my grandchildren as well with both of them having successful tonsillectomies and grommets. Lovely man and highly recommended from other people we know as well.

I had a tonsillectomy with Dr Ling only a couple of weeks ago and have recovered magnificently. I had zero complications and would highly recommend his practice.

Being one of those people that tend to produce a lot of ear wax, and after many years of not so pleasant and risky ear syringings with water from the GP's, I was finally referred to Dr Ling for an "Ear Toilet".
I was totally put at ease with Dr Ling's pleasant demeanor, and jovial sense of humor.
Admittedly it feels a little odd / ticklish having your ear wax suctioned out, but far far less invasive and uncomfortable than syringing!
Very happy, and it has become a six monthly routine for me now to keep on top of the dreaded wax! 😆👍🙏

Dr Ling was warm, welcoming and very comforting during a recent routine procedure. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His team are also very lovely, friendly and professional.
