I have been served by this lovely lady multiple times and her service has always been amazing. I never got her name but my receipt says Tara. By far some of the best customer service I have had. So helpful and easy to talk to, thank you Tara!!

Came in to get sized and some new bras, was left in the change rooms by the manager after awkwardly waiting over 10 minutes. I took the bra and put my shirt back on and went out to see where she was…. Was told by another staff she had gone to take the bins out… bad customer service, it’s not ideal to do a bin run whilst in the middle of re-sizing a customer.

I’m a regular customer here but will not be returning anytime soon. I was in the store on Saturday around 2 and didn’t even get a hello or can I help you with anything. Not even busy just standing behind the counter. Very disappointed, the service has been very poor the last couple of times I’ve been in. Just go to Morley instead.
