I've always found the staff at Artisan to be helpful, pleasant and professional. Jess did my last two treatments. She takes great care, both with the work, which she clearly enjoys, and the client. My Hydrafacial left me feeling buoyed for the rest of the day.

Alana is lovely and caring whilst being professional and knowledgeable. She always makes sure I feel comfortable and takes the extra time to make sure I’m getting the best result for the different budget I have for each appointment. I love all the Rationale products and the routine that have been recommended. My skin is looking and feeling clear and soft.

I’ve been seeing Nurse Lauren for the last year or so, for various skin treatments, and I cannot recommend her enough! She is so caring, thorough, professional, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs and desired results.

After having exhausted my skincare options during a lengthy rough patch with my skin, I decided to book into Artisan Bruce. Lauren really listened to my concerns and put together a customised treatment plan, which she thoroughly explained, and she answered all my questions to ensure I understood what was involved. I really appreciate her plethora of clinical knowledge and people skills. As a result, my skin has never looked better, I regularly receive complements on it while out and about, and my confidence while being makeup-free has sky rocketed!

In my experience, Artisan Bruce is a safe space where I feel comfortable because I’m always greeted with a smile and experience great customer service from staff at reception, and consistently receive superb care from Lauren during my appointments with her. 10/10!

I had my first appointment with Dr Kate Eisenberg today and I couldn't be more pleased. Dr Kate really went out of her way to explain every step of the procedure to me and also put together a treatment plan for other concerns I was having. There was such a feeling of genuine care, passion and knowledge - rather than being rushed in and out as I have experienced at other clinics.
The clinic as a whole is incredible, the staff were so lovely! I truly felt so safe, looked after and welcomed - can not wait for my next appointment!

I have visited this clinic since it was clear complexions and now Artisan. Elissa at Artisan at Bruce has, hands down, been the most amazing consultant I have dealt with at the clinic. She is thorough, attentive and always listens to my concerns about my skin (which do tend to differ with the time of the year that I visit). She helps me navigate and choose the right products for my skin type or concern. I always feel as though she genuinely cares about my skin. Regardless of what treatment I receive., Elissa always does an amazing job and I walk out feeling extremely satisfied!! THANKS ELISSA!!!

The team at the clinic are fantastic. I’ve been going to see them for just under four years and I can’t recommend them enough.

There expertise and professionalism shines through in the clarity of my skin and the results I get when I go in for a treatment. Whenever I have had a problem they have been open and easy to deal with offering solutions to help deal with them.

It is also great that after a treatment you now get an email telling you what the best way to look after your skin is after the treatment.

I saw nurse Dani F in the bruce clinic. The service was amazing. I never felt pressured to add on to the treatment and Dani has lots of knowledge in her field. Very gentle and great after care advice. Lovely

Amazing service from reception staff to clinician. Had a sebaceous cyst removed from face that has been plaguing me for 6 months. Advised that it may take more than one treatment, thoroughly gone after one thanks to the amazing Yolanda. Cannot rave enough about the Artisan Bruce team, if I could give more than five stars I would!

The ladies there are very professional and comforting. I was a bit nervous for my treatment Ultraformer but nurse Katie took amazing care of me. They are also very knowledgeable about how and why the treatment works and are very thorough with recommending products to use. Would definitely recommend!!
