I like to reinforce the outstanding and flawless customer service I have been receiving at Petstock runaway bay.

No matter what I want to buy, the team (high qualified and knowledgeable) will advise me - without the need of pushing sales - to get what I actually need, is more suitable and will be better on a long run (sometimes I spend a lot less by listening to them).

Pet stores has hundreds of different brands with thousands of products, that's why is essential to all of us customers to have confidence and trust in someone expert and good on their field.

If you are after healthy bettas, this place is amazing. They have the healthiest and most up to date setup for their betta fish. Each fish has at least 6 to 8L to itself in a filtered system. I almost bought one just because of how well they were being taken after. Places like this deserve to be supported when taking care of animals properly A++++++

A little expensive but good

Petstock Runaway Bay is the best pest supply store! Their staff are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I came in looking for a kitty litter brand that was going to withstand 3 kittens. The lovely gentleman new what product would be perfect for me and then when realising that there was no stock on the floor, he went out the back and fished me out 3 boxes from the newly arrived shipment. He then carried the 4 boxes of kitty litter and new cat tree to my car and wished me a safe drive.

Had never been to this pet stock before and
It was a shame they had next to nothing with their fish stock due to COVID-19 but the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Hopefully fish deliveries are back and running smoothly.
