Hired bikes from Flash E-Bikes and had an awesome experience all round. Top quality e-bikes and well maintained. Best way to see Newcastle in a day. We all want to buy our own e-bikes now! Michael was great to deal with. Highly recommend.

It would be hard to find a nicer person than the guy (Michael?) who owns Flash E-bikes! My husband and I were here with our toddler for a short time visiting work colleagues, and rented bikes with a baby seat to get around. Michael went above and beyond to help us find the right bikes that worked for us and value for money was superb, and really looked after us. Highly recommend this place, service is outstanding and E-bikes are a great way to get around Newcastle.

We attended Flash E-Bikes simply to have a sticky beak. We met Michael, had a great long conversations where he patiently answered all our questions. A week later we returned, had another great chat with Michael. No pressure sales just a great down to earth chat. As a result we went for a ride around the old Newcastle Train Station. We were hooked. We bought our bikes and a week later they arrived. Michael graciously delivered the bikes to our home.

I had a great experience buying a bike from Flash E-Bikes. There a few different brands and styles to choose from and I ended up with a Vamos bike which has been a really fun to ride. I dropped into the shop a couple times for some pointers since buying the bike and Micheal has always been helpful and happy to chat. Thanks for the great bike and service!!

We purchased our DiroDi bikes from these guys and it was a stella experience from start to finish. Super personal and patient. Mike's an absolutely top guy. Very informative, friendly, stocked with quality bikes and competitively priced. Great selection of bikes and he really knows his stuff I was able to make a well-informed decision on my purchase after discussing some of the bikes for a few minutes. I literally can't stress how good the customer service is here, definitely give old mate a visit!

Just purchased the dirodi rover from michael. Due to a delay in postage from the manufacturer (no fault of flash ebikes) the bike was delayed a few days. Michael delivered the bike to my house personally, absolutely going above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend flash ebikes and michael enough. Thanks again mate!

Just bought a new diroDi ebike and they were so nice. Gave me a nice deal and setup the whole bike for me and to top it off they even offered to deliver to my house with no extra charge. If you are going to get an ebike I would highly recommend these guys!
