I recently took my SS Ute there to correct some mechanical issues as part of a registration check.

Billy and Sam got me in the day after I rang and was professional , they did what they said they would do on time and as quoted.

When picking up they both gave me a great run down of what their team did and why it was important.

I cannot state how impressed I am with the quality work, quick turnaround and fantastic customer service Pedders Phillip provided me in the GVM Upgrade/Suspension work on my Isuzu MUX. The car drives/rides so much better, has improved carrying capability, and doesn't have that doughy/under-sprung feel that comes from the factory suspension. I now feel confident the vehicle is better setup to tackle the Simpson Desert later this year. A genuine thank-you to the Pedders team in Phillip.

Just took my Honda Accord to Pedders at Phillip to have them check out my power steering which had started playing up intermittently - warning light flashing and losing power assistance. They scanned it straight away and diagnosed the problem as a battery issue, rather than the power steering. Excellent result for me and excellent service from Pedders

Took our car in for a free wheel alignment after winning it in a prize. Asked if they could look at a vibration problem with the car. Called me and let me know what the problem was with a quote to repair it. Couldn’t be happier with the job they did! Well done guys, much appreciated.

Billy and the team at Pedders Phillip are absolute professionals in their field. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for suspension or brakes repairs/replacement. I initially dealt with Stuart who provided me with an itemised quote for full brakes, springs and suspension replacement on my 2017 Isuzu D-Max. He took the time to explain everything to me in layman’s terms and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Billy and Stuart have the patience of saints as I called them a heap of times with different questions. They were incredibly polite and helpful. The finished job was awesome. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. My car feels like a brand new car. I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

Billy and the rest of the team at Pedders are absolute legends. I drove in to their workshop first thing in the morning with a horrible screeching sound coming from the rear of the car. I was desperate as I needed to continue my travels back to Victoria. Straight away they said "yep we can have a look at that this morning". 2 hours later I drove out of there with the problem all fixed. They were very reasonable in their charging of their service. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again fellas. I'm a happy lad.

The pedders suspension Phillip staff Billy & George among other staff are great,honest and most of all consistent everytime I go there, the price each time isnt an arm and a leg which is nice and any questions when I ask how they gotten this price are always explained to me clearly so I can understand exactly what they have done while my car was in there care.
I wouldn't recommend anyone else to look/touch my car besides these guys........good job boys.
