What a cool place to stay, the recent renovation is gorgeous, looks nothing like before. We had dinner at the restaurant- food was amazing, staff was super nice, you could see they were still pretty green and can only improve but they did try hard. When the wine order took a bit long and we started eating main meal without it, we just asked if they could check on it and they apologised and took it off our bill- didn’t think they had to do that so unexpected but nice. The pool is awesome, sauna great, rooms were clean. I think this really has the potential to be an awesome getaway and wedding place, so much to do around it. We will definitely be back!

EDIT: Updated to 5 stars as they have changed their branding and my small issues may no longer be relevant and don't want to have my old review be factored in to future bookings. I'll be visiting again after Covid and update again!

Our experience here was largely great! I found our rooms to be spacious, clean, and conveniently laid out. The spa, sauna, pool, and tennis court were all fantasticly maintained. The cleaner that we met was such a lovely lady, who kept the facilities in spotless condition. The lady at reception and the manager, were very friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately on arrival we found out that the vegan restaurant was closed (due to unforeseen repairs). As our trip was to celebrate 2 vegans birthdays, it was quite disappointing to find out that we could not have either the buffet breakfast, or dinner. Reception assisted us in finding restaurants with vegan options, and lent us plates, cutlery, and a toaster, so that we could use the bbq facilities to make meals. We feel as though better management of the shut-down of the restaurant would of been nice, perhaps a courtesy call to let us know, or even a social media update. The hours listed on Google also said the restaurant was open, which considering it was closed for 3 days prior to our stay, and the whole 5 day stay, I believe somewhere online should state it is closed. Our #1 reason for booking our holiday here was the vegan restaurant on site. It meant we were unprepared for on our arrival, which we had intended to attend the restaurant, and thankfully we had an esky of food which we cooked on the BBQ. Also FYI the bar is not open to the public, only to private function bookings.
I still rate the stat 4/5, and would rebook again, as the location was beautiful, great facilities, and lovely staff! I'm also sure that if we had tried the restaurant we would of rated it 5/5, as I feel the resorts new management is very passionate about providing a fantastic experience for guests and have no doubt the food quality would be amazing.
Be aware that as if the time of leaving (5/12/2020), there is mild construction going on, which does create a little bit of noise pollution, likely due to restaurant repairs.

Have stayed here a few times now and the staff are so welcoming and very accommodating. I have stayed in the bridal suite and the family room and the king room all were very clean, outdoor facilities were all very clean. Was so nice to have customer service at its highest standard. When it was 10am for check out there was nobody booked for the room the best day and the receptionist offered me a late check out which was very thoughtful, I also received a food care package as I didn’t have my car and was stuck For transport to get into the town it was so caring. I stayed at the resort with 4 of my friends for the Australia Day long weekend and we loved it. It was really great value for money, the facilities provided were excellent. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and solved all our problems. The room was clean and comfortable as well as spacious considering there was 5 of us in the room. We also loved the surrounding area which was breathtaking as well as the local pub and cafes. Warning that there is little to no reception, but the wifi is pretty good. Feels like you are a million miles away from the big city and almost in a retreat. Would 100% come back again.

My family and I have stayed here for 3 years consecutively and we all absolutely love it. The staff are all incredible and so helpful! The facilities are amazing; the pool hosts endless fun, not to mention the tennis court! The rooms are all fitted with working aircon which provides GREAT relief in summer, and all the room contents are clean and tidy. If I could provide a higher star ranking for Jamberoo Resort, i would! Great family or couples retreat! Thank you Jamberoo Resort!

We enjoyed our stay in the resort, it was for one night only, anyway it was nice, the room was cozy and plenty of hot water for showers. The swimming pool looked nice even if the cold weather kept everyone away from it. Plenty of parking is available for you. The only need note is the Wii Fi, myself and my partner tried several times to connect anyway it was clear the network isn't built to sustain a large amount of guests. Be mindful of your phone operator coverage as you could easily find yourself without internet or reception. Outside of the resort area the phone coverage was nice and relatively strong.

Absolutely Relaxing & Beautiful 5 star's resort. It's on great location surrounded by lush green mountains, great pool area, jacuzzi, water creeks, amazing staff & keeping kids busy with playing & sporting fields. Will surely go again.

Pleasant and peaceful location. Loved the Indian restaurant, the yoga room, the outdoor areas around the creek, the wooden jacuzzi and the sauna. The rooms were clean and tidy. Management and staff were very friendly.

Absolute gem! Great location, perfect pool and playground for the kids and best of all, no mobile coverage/ signal, except for Telstra... Got to re-connect and chat and enjoyed great company, without the intrusion or distraction of mobile phones and devices. Great walks and beautiful scenery to enjoy... Highly recommended!

What a great spot. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil and very clean. A little out of town but well worth the small drive. Service and staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Meals were well presented and affordable. Compared to a lot of other Motels, this one is really good value for money. I believe it is under new management so cannot compare it to previous comments. If you want a relaxing few days, keep this one in mind.

Spent 2 nights for our wedding night/s, absolutely beautiful. Could not fault in anyway. Thankyou thankyou thankyou Donna and Mick, could not have made our special day any better. Beautiful surrounds, awesome room and fabulous service. We will be back every year to celebrate our anniversary.

Absolutely lovely staff. Spacious comfortable rooms. Great if you want a peaceful weekend getaway. We will definitely be returning.

Jambaroo Resort is a wonderful haven for families to relax, unwind and reconnect in an open setting. I loved the many improvements the new management have made since our last stay (we have been coming for 14 years), especially the new bathrooms, doors, tiles and general landscaping. The kids movie helps contribute to a lovely family friendly and community atmosphere. A wow factor was the lovely bed linen. As always the grounds, pool, BBQ facilities and tennis court facilities make Jambaroo Resort a very relaxing place to stay.

Great place for families to get away and unwind. Be a great place for a wedding too... Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help. We will definitely be back..

Tranquil accommodation. Something a bit different to staying along the coast, surrounded by lush forest and close to nearby nature walks. Restaurant isn't always open so we drove down the road to nearby pub.

This place has 5 star hotel rooms in one of the most beautiful places in nsw. Always a pleasure to stay here. wifi is icing on cake!!

The room's are clean and tidy. The location and surroundings are beautiful. It really is a lovly place to be.

They were so good as they accomodated us at 10pm without any bookings over the long weekend! Surrounded by scenic beauty ❤
