OH MY STARS, I just had the most AMAZING experience at SILK Laser Clinics Woden!

I’m not going to lie, I walked in a bit nervous, but Charlotte, the therapist I was booked in to see, immediately put me at ease with her warm and bubbly personality! She was like a ray of sunshine, spreading joy and positivity everywhere she went! I felt like I was in good hands, and her kindness and friendliness made me feel so welcome.

But what really impressed me was Charlotte's expertise and thoroughness. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I was somewhat anxious about having this particular treatment for the first time, but Charlotte was so reassuring and professional that I felt completely at ease.

But wait, there's more! When Charlotte told me that my treatment was 50% off due to a promo, I was OVER THE MOON! What a lovely surprise!

I left the clinic feeling relaxed, comfortable, and happy to return for more treatments in the future. I'll definitely be recommending SILK Woden to my friends and family!

The team at Woden are very welcoming and friendly. My technician Tahlia is the most lovely and friendly person. She has answered all my questions without hesitation or was willing to seek answers if she was unsure. What a professional experience! My fears of going for my first ever hair removal treatment disappeared as soon as I was greeted at the door.
I was hesitant at first, due to the unfortunate social stigma of men having laser removal treatment. But I felt welcomed and relaxed during the whole appointment.
Shannon and the team are experienced and always have smiles on their faces.. That is exactly what I needed.
