Good Games Wollongong

Have recently been in for an MTG pre release with my son. He had. Great time and can't wait to come back.

Although they may not have some of the stock of their Sydney counterparts the store is welcoming and happy to order things in. They hold regular events and are always happy to provide table space. Well done to the good games gong crew.

The staff were very helpful when I went in. Just wish they would open earlier!! :)

Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their products and availability of their lines, the new layout has made it a more open and welcoming environment.

Great atmosphere. Always feel welcome by an excellent shopkeep peddling his well-priced wares.
Awesome mtg scene. I especially enjoy their weekly pioneer tournament 7pm every Thursday and booster draft at 3pm every Friday.

The attendant was helpful and friendly and listed me with some MTG cards for my first ever experience with them, even offered to teach me if I needed it. They didn't have a huge selection of games I thought( especially at the lower price point), they seemed to have a good community going on as they was heaps of people in the back playing tables chatting away

TL;DR - Lots of events for different games, and a great range of games available for purchase.

Always great to go in and feel a part of a community of like minded card or board game players.
For Magic players, there's Commander on Wednesdays and Sundays, Highlander Pioneer on Fridays, and 7 Point on Saturdays, with Chaos Draft replacing the first Saturday of every month .
Final Fantasy TCG fires on Monday nights.
I sadly don't know when Yu-Gi-Oh or Pokemon events are on, but you can always go in or call to ask.

Huge range of board games - with a decent range in pricing. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, offering great advice to help me find a present for my friend. The store was well-maintained and clean, also.

Great assortment of board games and a variety of card and turn based role players too. Prices can be a bit premium, but staff usually have a good idea of what direction your gaming traits follow.

Knowledgeable staff and friendly, tight-knit Magic the Gathering community. Consistent events and good stock.

Amazing staff, always willing to help and they have a clear love for it. Also, it has so many events through the week that of you calendar is empty, they have you covered.

Cannot praise these guys enough.

Best place in the Gong for your trading cards and D&D needs. They'll also buy your rarer cards and won't offer insulting prices.

The few times I have been in the staff have been able to give me all the info I needed. Also have an awesome range of products.
