The salespeople were very helpful and patient with all of our questions. There was a good range of mattress construction types and pricing available to compare. The location is close to other bedding stores, so cross-comparison was relatively easy. For info., they also have other bedroom products in store, such as furniture sets.

The staff member who I spoke with was informative and helpful without being pushy. He gave me as much space as I wanted and when I was ready he was available to provide me with knowledgeable and useful information. The advice he was able to provide was very helpful to me and felt trustworthy. A very good experience, thank you.

I walked in to the Joondalup store and received a warm welcome by Jeremy. He was so helpful, and recommended me the perfect mattress. I ended up choosing a bed head totally opposite than what I was previously looking at, because it was so beautiful. He was so awesome when I purchased my bed and gave me a speedy delivery for couple days later as it was the weekend. Totally happy with my purchase! My bed arrived first thing in the morning, and Jeremy followed up with a phone call to make sure it arrived. Definitely recommend this store!

An absolutely wonderful experience! The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the beds! Oh the beds are magnificent! Made in WA and for our climate. We tried out quite a lot of beds, but I can say confidently these are the best around. You really couldn't ask for more. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Beds and dreams Joondalup were amazing to deal with. They didn’t push you to buy any products at all, but simply gave you information to walk away and think about/ research. I did some online research into the mattresses I was interested in. Unlike other bed stores I had been in that weekend, and walked straight out because they followed me around the store trying to sell, I found their knowledge of beds and mattresses exceptional. They arranged delivery for me and found me a great deal price wise. I would highly recommend dealing with this store and I will be going back to buy a new bed frame later this year!

Purchased our fancy king size bed (LED lights on the sides) from them, we picked up in April. Good quality, very happy with it. We had visited a few other companies, most of beds look similar but the quality is definitely better at Bed and Dreams.

This is the second time I have purchased from Beds n Dreams in Joondalup for my family (even my mum purchased from the store due to me raving about the level of service I received ) . I can not recommend Ally highly enough . Just a true lovely genuine lady who is friendly and kind and only has her customers best interest at heart 👌🏼 The same can be said for lovely Laura who also assisted today . ☺☺☺

When it came to our old mattress showing signs of wear and needing to be replaced I put off buying a replacement for a year just so I could avoid the whole experience. I don’t normally feel comfortable lying down in a mattress store while someone stares at me, waiting for my opinion on how it feels to sleep on. Shopping at beds and dreams was nothing like this and I can honestly say that the whole experience was professional yet pleasant.

I chose to spend majority of my mattress testing with ‘beds and dreams’ based on the positive reviews I had read on the internet and it was really worth it. The mattress selection was expansive and the prices were very competitive. Our salesperson, Aly, was so lovely and informative without being ‘pushy’ in any way. She explained the different characteristics of the mattresses then gave as an opportunity to discuss and test in private. She even helped entertain the kiddos so we could focus our attention on the task at hand.

We went back several times before making our final selection, always dealing with the same salesperson, and we are now so happy with our mattress. The stock levels were good meaning we could receive it during the week with a reasonably priced delivery fee.

I highly recommend if you are shopping for a mattress and you are near the joondalup area that you make a trip here. It truly took the stress out of shopping for a new mattress and made it an easy experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, worked out a good deal, prompt and easy delivery, very happy with the comfort and quality of my new mattress so far. Highly recommended.

Me and wife walked in the store at 4.50pm on a Sunday. The store was due to close in ten minutes. Despite this fact we were dealt with the most polite and professional manner and the sales person and the owner were both extremely helpful. We were given the information we were after and even though it was well past 5.15pm we were made to feel important and welcome. We ended up buying two bed room suites at a very good price. It is a locally run business and we can’t recommend it highly enough. I wish the business the best of luck in these difficult and turbulent times.

We went into Beds n Dreams on a Sunday afternoon with an idea in mind of what we wanted and a budget. They had an awesome sale which gave us the bed we had imagined and even offered free delivery. Our new bed was in our home by the Wednesday - following a long weekend! Great experience.
