Best costume/party store in all of Sydney!!! I love the things they have, it’s everything you could ever want and need for events, celebrations, dress ups, and any type of fun! I go there all year around. We’re lucky to have a big store like this, and the quality is great too (I’ve bought angel wings here & taken care of them and they’ve lasted ages!) Also the staff at this location are super friendly, lovely to talk to, always smiling and happy to help! I heard them speak so kindly to a mum and her kid who came to get balloons, such a warm safe atmosphere here!

Great Service, Helpful Staff, Had everything i wanted and helped me get my party essentials ready 1 day before my party so i was all set! Definitely recommend!

Amazing store, lovely people.
Came in a couple of weeks ago for some ideas and ballons for my friends birthday. One of the girls, American with coloured hair helped me out and created a beautiful set up of balloons of various colours. 10/10 service and was patient with me even though I couldn't make up my mind. Great work guys keep it up and definitely coming back again. Also love the costumes, so much variety ❤

Great store! Friendly staff and very easy to deal with! I got a gorilla costume for Halloween and it was perfect! Will definitely be going back for ballons and any other party essentials I need.

After I was disappointed from not receiving something I ordered online for collection, the staff were kind enough to personally phone me and explain why, Additionally they not only explained the situation but were also incredibly apologetic, and nice enough to offer a full refund. In situations like these you couldn't expect anything better, and I'm truly grateful.

I had an amazing experience today at Partyland Bondi Junction. The lady who was working on the day not only delivered a great customer service, but also managed my helium balloon's decoration looking amazing! Will definitely come back :)

Excellent store, whenever I need something for a party I easily find it there. And the staff is also always very helpful and efficient.

Came in for a friends party with the most obscure theme and didn’t think I’d be able to find anything! Thankfully the girls who work here came to my rescue! By the end of it I not only had a full costume sorted, but was given amazing tips for makeup and how else I could style my outfit! The wig I wanted was out of stock and they took down my details and within two days they called me back and had not only ordered it for me, but had put it on hold for me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! The staff here are so friendly and the store was so well presented and easily laid out so I was able to find everything with ease! Can’t wait to see what you guys have for Christmas!
