I am writing this review on behalf of my wife, who recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Shanan Wynd at Laurieton Podiatry. We were hopeful for a positive outcome, but unfortunately, the entire experience was far from satisfactory.

Right from the beginning, my wife found Shanan's attitude to be dismissive and condescending. It was as if he didn't value her concerns and was more interested in rushing through the appointment than addressing her foot issues with care and attention. This lack of empathy and professionalism left a sour taste in her mouth.

I notice that this doesn't seem to be an isolated experience as Susan Manzie reviewed Laurieton Podiatry saying 'I found shannons attitude to be condescending and dismissive. I cut short the treatment as the entire process was painful and made me feel unwilling to continue.

Furthermore, my wife felt that the treatment she received was subpar. Shanan seemed disinterested and lacked the expertise we were expecting from a professional podiatrist. His approach was hasty and appeared to lack a thorough understanding of her condition. The lack of personalized recommendations or a clear treatment plan left her feeling frustrated and unheard.

Communication was another major issue during the appointment. Shanan failed to explain his assessments and recommendations in a clear and understandable manner. Instead of taking the time to ensure that my wife understood her condition and the steps needed for improvement, he used jargon that left her feeling confused and dissatisfied.

The overall experience with Shanan Wynd at Laurieton Podiatry was not only disappointing but also left my wife questioning the quality of care she received. We had hoped for a professional who would treat her with respect, provide clear guidance, and show genuine concern for her well-being. Unfortunately, Shanan fell short on all these fronts, leaving us with a negative impression of his services.

Based on this unfortunate experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering Laurieton Podiatry and Shanan Wynd to think twice before seeking their services.
