Petersons Winery MUDGEE

Super friendly staff and owners. Sally the fur baby is cute. You can do wine tasting for $5 pp. Amazing atmosphere and we loved their wines. Ended up buying a couple of bottles of Shiraz and Moscato. Highly recommended when in town.

We had a lovely tasting at Petersons! Thank you so much to the lovely Robin who was so sweet and very attentive, as well as very knowledgeable about the wines and Mudgee region. You definitely don’t want to miss the Magenta Rose — the strawberry and watermelon combination is to die for!

We were honoured to experience our wine tasting with Veronica. We live near the Hunter Valley and almost gave Petersens a miss thinking the wine would be the same as the Hunter but to our delight they were all Mudgee wines. We loved the vista and the wine. We ended up tasting a 2012 Semillon and wow absolutely loved that, rest assured there were other ones we enjoyed too. It was a pleasure to but given pairing information and detailed tasting descriptions. Thank you so much Veronica for a 5 star experience!

Very friendly woman who served us for the wine tasting. There are so many wines to try, we just focused on the red ones. We enjoyed the wines and ended up buying a couple bottles. Very chilled atmosphere. Dog friendly. Super nice to walk around the area as well.

We enjoyed a wonderful tasting with the sensational Veronica. Her knowledge of the wines and history of the vineyard was very impressive. Can give this vineyard two thumbs up for both hospitality and variety of wines for tasting.

I recommend anyone to visit Petersons winery first thing in the morning. The Sparkling red No.15 is the best in Mudgee region. The staff were friendly with smiles & great knowledges . We did the self - bike riding tour along the wineries and it was the best exercise. Peterson has variety of wines and the Verdehlo was nice too. The beautiful vineyard is to the top of experience.

A lovely winery with a beautiful setting and the most friendly, knowledgeable staff. The sparkling Shiraz is sensational as is the port and moscato. We had 2 dogs with us and they were warmly welcomed by beautiful Sully and staff. We were not rushed through our tasting and thoroughly enjoyed the expert service offered by Veronica. A must to visit whilst in Mudgee.

We tried their Shiraz as a recommendation at the local bottle shop and simply had to visit!
We were a walk in and they were super friendly and accomodating. For $5 tasting the variety of wines you taste and the price pin t versus quality of wines is totally worth the visit. Thanks for making this fun

Amazing wines and lovely staff!
Petersons has one the best selection of wines in Mudgee. Every wine we tried there was high quality and well priced. It was a struggle to not perches one of each! The staff were amazingly friendly and catered to our large group with no drama even our 3 dogs. Thank you all so much for your hospitality during or trip!

What an amazing find this new year. Totally recommend visiting this winery. Excellent views, fantastic staff, great wines and totally recommend the Sparkling Muscato for the cellar. A special shout-out to Pandora, so knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Highly recommended

Great experience, A group of 8 Irish girls really enjoyed it. I am not much of a wine drinker but I purchased my first ever bottle of wine off our great host. We'll definitely be back 😊
