Great place with excellent staff! After a long day of driving in 40 degree heat, I phoned up to book a room. Annette was lovely and even put the air-con on for me for when I arrived. Affordable, clean and quiet.

Passing thru and only needed a bed. Lovely old former hotel. Room was clean, had A/C and continental breakfast in dining room for total price of $50. . Shared facilities were clean. Nice balcony looking onto street and a lounge area with TV. Awesome value for money.

Top notch place. A lot cheapeer than everywhere else and clean. Get the $60 room with a/c in place of the basic room. Bathrooms, which were clean, are down the hall but so what. An old fashioned joint with great period fittings and a good feel right down to the creaking stairs. It's a real unspoiled gem.

It's not an amazing resort.. But the staff here are amazing. The rooms are not at all soundproof.. Pretty sure I heard someone 3 rooms away fart. But the staff and the beautiful old heritage style make up for it. Im pretty sure the managers name is spider.. He is a aussie character! God blimey he is a top bloke. He greeted everyone in the morning by name. I bet he knows where the bet parmys are. Haha I would stay here again.. Not for the accommodation.. But just to hang out with old mate spider!

Thanks to Spider and Les at COT Narrabri for a lovely stay. These guys are friendly country folk. The Bed and Breakfast is well run and the rooms are beautiful heritage style with high ceilings. Comfortable and pleasant stay.

Best budget accommodation in Australia. Friendly owner, adequate breakfast, clean rooms and bathrooms, secure parking, wi-fi. There was nothing wrong with this place at all and I'm definitely staying here on my next drive to Brisbane.

Alright, so this is an awesome place if you have to stay for 1 or 2 nights. We chose the 50$ room. The only negative thing with that room is that its pretty small and it has no air con. But we were told before, so we knew our deal. There was a fan in the room though. Breakfast is included. Basic, but will do.
Wifi was pretty fast.

I love staying here. The room was clean and everything was neat especially the breakfast area. The staff was also very friendly. It is really worth it with affordable price! 👍

Called late at night, asking if we could get a room around 1am. We were left out a key to let ourselves in. Had a wonderful night sleep in our clean room. The room was a great price and we even got free breakfast and the company of the host, Spider, who even my 10 year old Son found delightfuly entertaining. Highly recommend this establishment to all walks of life looking for accommodation in Narrabri.

Beautiful building, great staff - due to a booking error, they didn't know we were coming, but fit us all (6!) in anyway. Spider is awesome.

4 kids and the missus, all stayed in here and the price, including breakfast is unheard of in this day and age! Great fun and a real treat to stay in a location like this

Older house and rooms. Not flash and very basic but it was clean and comfortable and excellent value for the amount it cost. Highly recommend for any traveller who is on a budget.
