Great hotel, amazing customer service!
They were able to get us a room last minute with our dogs as we travelled across NSW.

We stayed here about a week ago service was 0 to none was top notch Hans is such a lovely man stay up for us to make sure everything was okay with check in an if we needed anything! Room was clean tidy and everything you would need in a room was there plus pet friendly!!

My child left her soft toy behind and Hans went out of he's way to find it! But that's not all he even sent it back to me!! You just don't get service like this any more if I could give 100 stars⭐ I would such grate old fashion original service kind an acutely care!! Will 💯 be coming back

Lovely clean rooms, a grassy area for pets, friendly owner, really comfortable beds, and partitions between room patios meant you felt you had your own private space.
Close by all necessary amenities and the centre of town.
Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back if we travel this way again.

Hans is so accommodating and friendly. Have stayed twice now at this motel. Rooms clean staff very friendly and welcoming. Yes its on the highway but rooms set back you dont hear the traffic at all. Its a short drive to town. There are places with in walking distance to eat. Highly recommend Aalbany Motel. Clean tidy rooms management and staff go above and beyond to make certain guests are comfortable even pointing out places of interest local events.

Great value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, but the decor was a little dated. All facilities - air conditioner, microwave, toaster - worked well. Unfortunately there were some burrs in the carpet, which meant that walking around barefoot was interesting. Bed was firm and very comfy. We'll stay again.

Great rooms, excellently presented and cleaned. Super comfy bed and really friendly service. Would definitely stay again and I'd even push thru and drive a bit further just to make it back here if I was in the region.

A great place to spend the night with friendly hosts, comfortable bed and a pool to refresh. Rates are about the same as other places in the area, but nice little touches like chocolates, fresh milk and helpful, happy staff made it more appealing than others. The late opening time of the pool on a hot night was greatly helpful and the kids just loved cooling off after a long drive.

Amazing manager!!! Stayed up late to let us in. Was so helpful organising last minute accommodation. Accommodating for my two dogs as well! Highly recommend this place!!!

Very comfortable and clean. The manager rang me to confirm my late arrival. Everything was easy and no fuss. He also stocked the fridge with amenities for my arrival. Very friendly and helpful, would definitey stay again.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and lovely and bright. Good large size rooms and very clean. Pets were welcome.

Just arrived and already very happy with the hospitality we received Diane the owner was very lovely stayed for us arrive running late i had rang Diane on 2 occasions due to time changes and she was very polite and easy to talk to. Diane was so nice to stay awake and be prompt when arrived very pleasant woman. The room is exactly how described and very comfortable love that it had a lounge in it made it easy for me to watch tele while husband could sleep while i done work on Laptop. I would so recommend this motel as it is one i will be back to visit when coming this way again. Love it !!!! Thank you Diane your the best xx

So friendly. Great room. Clean. Easy check in. To have my dog in the room without any discrimination was fantastic. Wish more places were so good.

I needed an after-hours check-in due to a traffic accident which held up my trip from QLD. I rang around with to avail until I contacted the Aalbany Motel. They were welcoming and provided me with a comfy and quiet room with good parking outside my door. Recommended.

What a wonderful hidden gem, no demands,unlike our last stay. just a lovely friendly warm welcome after a long horrendous day of driving, it was so refreshing. Highly highly recommend the Aalbany . So clean and fresh. Thank you soo much.

Best pet friendly motel we have stayed in. Very quiet. Comfy queen bed and pillows. Great shower. Super clean.

Great choice of motel for a stop over after a long day driving. Contactless check in, clean room and super comfy bed! Highly recommended.

Well maintained room's, friendly staff, basics are provided (milk, tea, coffee and towels) and the owner even offered me fuel money to make it to the hotel, would rate higher but unfortunately it only goes to five stars, would definitely stay again.
