I did my COVID test today (28/07/21) and found the process efficient.

Place only accepts drive ins from what I have been told (no walk-ins).

I had about 40 cars in front of me and it took about 45 minutes to get my test done.

Did my test at 11am and got my result by sms at 4pm, very efficient.

I'm attaching a QR code to this review so you can pre-fill online form if you want. Friendly staff gives you this flyer once you about 10 minutes away from your test.

Quick & Easy.

-Wait in the queue to the left of the road in car (Traffic management is very effective it will not take longer)
- scan the QR code provided and fill the form and be ready with the reference number generated.
- Go inside and park the car in bay
- maximum 2 minutes process of take the samples for the test
- go home and relax until the results are messaged to the mobile number provided by you.

This is far and away the best COVID testing centre I've ever seen or heard of. It's simply done right. They were open early on a public holiday, staff friendly. You drive up, quickly fill out an online form, give them a reference number, they tickle your brain and away you go. Don't have to get out of the car. Took a grand total of maybe 10 minutes, and they said we'd get results today!

Been here three times, all staff are super friendly and helpful. They are super gentle to my baby girl and try their best to make her not scared.

I usually don't review, but in these unprecedented times, these guys are great. We went to over 7 clinics, Killara cater specifically for kids and families. Thank you so much what a relief it was after 2 days of driving with 2 kids and a newborn to finally get tested.

My daughter needed an urgent PCR test today before a family trip. These guys were amazing. The whole system was incredibly organised and the man who did my daughter's test was so kind, he really put her at ease. Got our results within five hours. Highly recommended.

Walk in covid testing, park on the side streets and walk up. So simple and easy. Just scan the qr code and fill out your details and once you receive your new code they will direct you to a station and do your swab and you can go. Friendly staff. Was out in under 5 mins and got my results same day.

Rocked up for the covid test. Never done this before. Found out I needed a QR scanner on my phone and my medicare card which I had. Staff were polite, efficient and knew how to conduct the test with a minimum of fuss. All happened very quickly and the results were sent to me later that day as they advised. When you consider that these people are working in the front line of a situation that could be deadly to their health, I thought they could not have performed in a more professional manor.

Excellent customer service.
I went there on Sunday early morning and staff were already there at 7.45am.
Result came in thru SMS at 1.30pm.

Very well organised and friendly, both the traffic controller and the medical staff. Online form via QR code is brilliant, and even though there was a queue I was through within 10 minutes.

Amazing clinic to get tested.
Fast, easy and results were quick.
I brought my 2 year old to get tested and the nurse was so kind & made him laugh to distract from the test.

This is a drive through Covid testing spot, two gentlemen was managing the traffic. When it's your turn you will be given a QR code to full up your details and get your reference number. The PIC will come to you, confirming your details and do a swap test through your nose and throat. It's slight uncomfortable on the nose part but both me and my 6yo boy can tolerate it well.
Thanks for the hardwork and commitment for essential worker. Hope everyone can get through this pandemic.

I only have done the Covid tests a few times, so the experience was awesome, from the Traffic controller s to the Medics. Great workflow.
