I order a specialty battery which A2R later realized was discontinued. They called me first thing the next morning to explain the situation and upgraded me to a better option for free! It was ready for pick up the next day. All in all, great customer service.

I would like to thank A2R Batteries for their excellent service today in replacing our battery in the Mustang. I called early this morning and explained our emergency and a couple hours later they were at our house. Did a full check over the car, answered all my wifes questions and were kind, courteous. The A2R team made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in their warehouse. My car's battery was nearing its life's end and I couldn't turn it on any more as soon as I drove at their front shop. Great professional shop and staff (Ben) who sorted out a new battery for my Ford Mustang. Also checked the engine management system to handle the new battery. Accommodated me when I arrived late on Saturday with minimum notice. Seamless and professional, would recommend them to anyone requiring batteries.

Went and saw Ben with my issue of flat battery. Instead of up selling a new battery, he spoke to me about cheaper alternatives (chargers) to see if that would resolve my situation. The service and information Ben provided was helpful and resolved my situation. Safe to say I will be going to Ben for all my battery needs in the future.

These guys are absolute legends. I had an electrical component draining my battery and when I called NRMA they just told me it was a bad battery. Paolo from A2R came out to my address while I was at work and went through the trouble of facetiming me in order to show me what the real issue was. He replaced my battery and he even fixed the electrical gremlin free of charge! Would recommend these guys 11 times out of 10 😁
