My Partner Dan and I came in to this shop yesterday to purchase some fish. We had been here before, but yesterday was something else. The service we received was absolutely next level. We learned his name is Damo - and not only did he greet us with a friendly face, he helped us select the right fish for our tank and had a head full of knowledge to share. He filled us in on tips on which fish work together and which don't - and enlightened us on how to look after each kind properly. We really want to give him a big shout out, because the service he gave was of definite high standards and we are stoked to have spent just under $200 and left feeling great with all of our new fish friends !

This is one of the best pet stores ever. They have everything you need from you’re first pet to you’re last pet.

I absolutely love this place, I bought a bearded dragon from here and she is alive, healthy and happy! In the photo she was having a morning stretch. Definitely recommend this wonderful place.

Awesome staff, huge selection. Fish always look healthy and bright and reasonably priced. It's worth the drive.

Purchased a couple of birds for my kids one didn't last long Spoke to manager looked after me when purchasing a replacement. Very 😊

First time visiting and this store brought a big smile on my face with the range of animals, the gorgeous big display fish tank with the giant gourami and red fin shark. Awesome customer service greeting with a smile and just the display reptiles. To be honest it's been ages since a old school pet store as made my day so thankyou. We drove an hour to visit this store and we will be back to show our kids the string ray and cute parrot that talks

Absolutely love the vast range in aquatics and reptiles.
All animals look happy and healthy. Decent pricing and quality products. Highly recommend even if its just for a browse or to see the resident animals!

I was amazed by the variety of fish, bird's, lizard's & incredible aquarium species. Such as the fresh water stingrays & other exotic fish. It was so much too take in all in the one visit.
I didn't get to the puppies or rodent section, as i was there to purchase a few tropical fish & the staff member couldn't of been more helpful & had knowledge of the fish i was deciding on buying. Fins fang's &, feathers are second to none in all your aquarium, terrariums & other animals enclosures. I'd also like to say how covid aware the staff members were with everyone who entered the shop.
I'll most definitely be back to get my aquarium accessories, as they stock all the top brands.

I went there to buy some tropical fish and was served by a very helpful young bloke who had a great deal of knowledge about them. Made choosing the fish to stock my aquarium quick and easy. Will definitely be returning.

Great store always loads to look at and discover from fish to snakes and chickens and rabbits and everything in between altho walkout with more the. I need every time shame about the parking situation tho makes getting new pets and kids to the car a mission
