Fantastic 50m pool in the middle of the city. Nice and clean and not too busy. Lanes are nicely separated into slow, medium and fast. Locker rooms are clean. Rental lockers are available, A$2 for a small one, A$3 for a big one. Tokens can be bought at the front desk. One time entry price was A$8.

This seems to be the best swimming pool near the city. There are plenty of lifeguards, and they were all very friendly. I appreciated the large area for children to swim, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The pool is easily accessible from the city, making it a perfect spot to visit for a swim during your trip. Since all the pools are indoors, it's especially useful during transitional weather like we have now.

An excellent facility offering a great experience for swimmers of all levels. The pool is clean and well-maintained, with ample lanes for lap swimming and a separate area for leisure swimmers and kids. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and ready to assist. Additionally, the modern amenities, including clean changing rooms, a spacious gym, and a sauna, enhance the overall experience. Whether you're looking to swim laps, take a class, or simply relax, Cook and Phillip Swimming Pool is a top-notch choice in Sydney. Highly recommended!

Very clean facilities. Lovely staff, and super LGBTIQA friendly.

The Aqua Aerobics class is really fun, and the gym is well equipped for various types of training.

The wave pool is great, but not very deep.

I have swum at a lot of different pools around Australia. One of my favourites is Cook Phillip. I love the history that goes with this pool, the combination of two different parks, and the design which puts it under the park. I used this pool as a base to come into the city to run, and then pull some laps and finish with a nice shower. The centre is kept clean, the staff are friendly and it is easy to get to.

Really nice swimming and wave pool for everyone!

Wonderful staff and very inclusive vibe for the LGBTQI+, non binary and gender non conforming members of society.

A great place for everyone to have a swim!

Really love this place! I am a tourist in Sidney, but I have already been here three times in two weeks. It's location makes you feel you swim in the open air, which is fantastic for bad weather days, when you can't go to the beach. The lines are organized, everything is clean, the temperature is right and the lifeguards always circling around, just in case.

First time visiting this pool to swim after a long time with my friend. My experience was amazing, since things were so well managed there due to Covid. They charged $7.8 for a day.

This is a great big indoor pool in Sydney CBD. Easy access from Museum station or even 10 min walk from Townhall station. Entry fee is about $7 and you can stay whole day.
There are separated three pools, 1. Kids pool 2. 50m pool 3. Jacuzzi pool. Family, Couples and solo, this pool is for everyone!

The wave pool was a cool surprise. And this rec centre has indoor basketball courts that can be used for badminton and other net sports. The pool had a separate shallow section for babies/toddlers, separate hydrapool for even pregnancy water massage, and separate lap pools. Clean and warm with lots of areas to sit around the pools for parents. The paid parking right outside is convenient. Very nice area of the city as well.

Great indoor pool with small leisure centre pool and hydro therapy pool. Never been too busy when I have gone so easy to swim laps without a crowd.

This place is the best! It has really great swimming pools - really long and a few lanes for slow swimmers. It also has a basketball court too! There's some nice competitions you can join if you want too!
For swimming make sure you get there before five pm on weekdays because after 5pm everyone finishes work and the pool and change rooms gets really crowded!

The pool itself was clean and well-maintained, with a range of lanes for different skill levels. The changing rooms were also clean and well-stocked. I especially appreciated the outdoor seating area, where I could relax and enjoy the sun after my swim. The only downside was that it was a bit busy during my visit, but that's to be expected at a popular spot like this. Overall, Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely be back!

Nice little hidden gem. Right under St Mary's cathedral! Very cheap for a family of 7! Parking was abit hard to navigate to. But once found, was only a minute walk to the centre. They also have parking validation which gives you a concession rate. ($6/h, usually $10) Saturday, Sunday are $13 flat rate for parking. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Love this place for laps (especially while pregnant) easily accessible and around $8 for a casual session. The sun shines in and hoping it will be warm in winter. It’s really clean and there are kids pools and thermal pools as well.

OMG, this is such a terrific pool and facility. Well kept, beautiful 50m pool, fun "lazy river" kids and family play pool and large, heated therapeutic with tons of jets pool. Great swim shop at checkin. Good prices on gear. Nice gym, outdoor space and cafe. Lots of hours - easy to get to. Lots of great art and food/cafes nearby.

Kids loved it. Little wave pool and slide were fun. Not as busy as I would have expected for a city pool. Would be great in winter since it's indoors.
