Excellent range of horse and dog feed, treats and assorted products with helpful staff. They consistently have everything in stock, and also carry horse fencing supplies.

A really good operation going here, broad array of good products for a wide range of animals. Staff are competent and friendly. Online ordering is very
convenient allowing quick pick up. We have found Nathan in particular to be a very friendly and helpful worker there, setting a great standard in customer relations. It'd be great if all customer facing employees, in all businesses, were like him.

Staff are the best part of this business. They are passionate, professional and always willing to help. There is a great range of pet items too.

Good people in customer service, helpful and friendly. Limited range and availability on some products - average to reasonable value on what they have. Difficult to access depending upon your direction of travel. Possible that Bunnings influenced blocking access via roundabout.

They were great.. huge range of pet products, plus a loyalty program with vouchers when you sign up as a member..

Bought 2 items on the phone on 1/4/22 with free delivery and the lovely young lady delivered them on her way home that afternoon. I would give her name but she might prefer I don't. I would give more stars for customer service if I could.

I get all my pet produce from Poplar Petfoods, the staff are very covid aware & your always greeted with a smile. Also the staff members are very happy to help you if need be, i give them a score of second to none. As the prices are very competitive with all the other pet food & produce places.

I have always found the staff there lovely. Today I had a problem with a red heat light for my chicks. They were so helpful in fixing the problem and someone was even going to come to my home to help over come the problem. Amazing staff and customer service every time. Thank you.

I've been going to Poplar since the days it was a shed at Dapto surrounded by Poplar trees. For horse feed and dog food.
But as a serious dog breeder I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years.
They are friendly, helpful and always go out of their way to get what I need. Adam, Carlie and their staff are always approachable and have a great product range.

Pet food shop. Regular prices, IE cheaper than supermarkets. Good for rabbits. Can't vouch for their supplies for other pets as I don't have any, but it seems fine.

Poplar are awesome. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, great range of products and a drive through means no lugging heavy things to the car.
