The customer service is terrible, I've been trying to call them for days and they never pick up, I ended up going into the store itself so I could cancel a prescription that they still want me to pay for it even before several days. I called them today at around 11 and they didn't pick up, when I arrived at the store it was completely empty, they said the reason they were unable to pick up is because their store opens at 10 even though I called at 11.
