Outstanding customer service, professional and knowledgeable. I had my return done by Mr Joshi and he fully explained what can be claimed and provided me with excellent return and financial advice. I had provided the documentation requested earlier and the whole process was streamlined and efficient.

Going through these people for tax was very simple. They made feel welcome as soon as I walked in the building. I had an appointment with Harsh, and he went through everything step by step and he is a very delightful person to have a normal conversation with. I will keep going with Tax-Aid.

Hmmm, wont say they are un professional but different, taking calls in a consultation, speaking with colleagues in front of you in another language so you don't understand what's been said. Consult in an open office so you hear other peoples private details
I'm a long time customer, from when Albert owned the business but time to move on.

Cannot recommend this business for anything. I realised one year later that they had kept a full year's tax return. Poor communication, never returned calls, had to go in person, a 40min drive each way. I had to point the problem out and they refused to pay me in full to compensate. Offered me half my return now, then asked me to return in 2024 for the other half. Citing personal internal issues that are not the customer's problem. A lot of back and forth and refusal to compensate in full right away, he cared more about keeping me as a customer than rectifying the issue. Had to make a report to TPB to get my money back. Still wanted to deduct a fee from that return when they had overcharged me for previous returns. They don't keep any receipts or paperwork trails, writing fee information from previous years on the spot. Literally the job of a tax agent to keep proper records. Seen other customers' paperwork on the floor around his desk in messy piles, with personal information visible. I still get contacted asking me to return to Tax Aid to lodge future tax returns, had to block their MANY numbers. Very stressful situation and made me very uncomfortable.

Extremely unprofessional! Basic tax return, was charged more than double the advertised rate. When quered why, I was told that is the fee. After multiple phone calls to find out why, to various employees no help was offered. It wasn't until I informed them I was going to the check with the ombudsman, I got part of the over charge back. Would not recommend this company under any circumstance.
