Shell Coles Express Golden Grove

Kind of pretty interesting all these negative reviews on Julie all of a sudden from reviewers that have little to no reviews seems to think that this is just a one-off incident that has occurred and everyone's going at her with pitchforks via the person that it happened to everyone has bad days anyway.
I've been coming to the service station for over a year now and I have never ever had a problem with Julie or any other staff for that matter not one even when there has been screw ups.
Sorry I am of the belief that majority of these reviews are completely false

Best coffee ever! Why go next door to fast food chain when you can get coffee for $1.50 and it’s better!

Popped in for an energy drink or 4 lol.
They had my raspberry and lemonade V which has been quite difficult to find of late so bought a few.The Console operator Kat had a very pleasant demeanour and I left the store smiling :)

You Always pay top dollar here for fuel. However, facilities and access are good. Good range of items.Would have five stars if fuel was competitively priced and would stay open longer even just to 12:00am.

I went to grab coffee from Coles express on Saturday night. Staff member working there made me uncomfortable, because, I don’t know why he suddenly started commenting on religious issues. His comment on ___ community force me to think how poor his mentality is. Even I don’t belong to that community . I wish he can understand that he should avoid these kind of discussions on workplace.

Juli was Absolutely disgusting and rude to customers. No skills of any customer service whatsoever. Charging extra $$ when the price was different on selves and instead of fixing her mistake she started staring, swearing and shaking head. When we refused to the drinks, she wouldn’t open the door, blaming we stealing and not giving her money.

One of the worse petrol stations in SA. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GO THERE!

Julie is absoutely horrendous she ruined my day her negative additude and horrible skills she needs to be fired all the other staff are great why cant she be like them but no she just has to be a negative nelly FIRE HER PLEASE
