They where there when they said they would be. Got a text and a phone call to say they where on there way. Was great I did not have to wait around all day. Plumber, was freindly and chatty. Told me and explained all that was going on, fixing the issue...I Was even able to ask him to check out another issue I had, he was great. Highly recommend them and will be calling them again.

Our family have used Northway for several years and it has always been reassuring to know they are prompt and courteous in every respect. In particular, my aged mother is often alone and requiring urgent work on our 50+ year old pipes such as root blockage. I've heard of some disreputable plumbers who will take advantage of elderly clients, but there has never been the slightest hint of this with Northway and our usual tradesman, Craig, is polite and respectful with mum. I have no hesitation in recommending Northway for any job, big or small. (I'd post an image, but really, you don't need to see that)

Friendly and efficient

Mike is really efficient. Found and fixed leak within 1.5 hours. Phew! I thought I won't have running water for the day.
