English Rose stock truly beautiful and unique gowns for incredibly reasonable prices. I felt like a fairy princess on my wedding day and am so happy I got to wear such a beautiful gown to celebrate marrying the love of my life 😊.

We chose English Rose Bridal for our two bridesmaid dresses and couldn’t have been happier. It’s really well lit and spacious in store. It felt like they were not just selling us a dress, but they actually cared about the wedding. The service was so welcoming and they gave us some great advice. They did all the alterations for the girls and they came out perfect. Most importantly, the girls and myself loved the dresses!

What a delight it was to find English Rose Bridal! I walked into this spacious, bright boutique in April, excited to begin my journey as a bride getting married in November and was welcomed with calm, positive and helpful vibes. I have to say what a relief this was, having previously explored other boutiques where I was greeted with a stressed rush and deadlines - telling me I didn't have enough time.

Charmaine was my calm guide through the huge range of dresses right to the dry cleaning of my gown after the wedding. She was patient, kind and caring with a great sense of humour - she understood my doubts and listened to my nerves and stresses as the wedding planning went on. From the trying on of many gowns to the final alterations I always felt special at English Rose, like my purchase was important and valued. This stood out to me.

My dress was great value for money, my alterations were also reasonable given the work required and the whole experience was brilliant. I also had my dress beautifully dry-cleaned and boxed by English Rose - so they will always hold a special place in my home and heart.

During the journey, I was lucky enough to be assisted by Charmaine, Wanda, Maddie, Jacqui and Sharon (who expertly did all my alterations). Each lady was so kind with their honest advice, encouragement and care. Thank you so much ladies! I feel so blessed to have chosen my dream dress, with such a dream team.

I rang English Rose Bridal 3 weeks before my wedding day for help and got an appointment the same day! The staff and Jacquie are absolutely amazing, first class service and compassionate to every brides needs, not to mention they have fabulous dresses! Minor alterations were done ✔ and now my dress is perfect and ready to go this weekend ❤ I couldn't have asked for anything more :)

Not being a girly girly selecting 'the dress' for me was a little challenging, a huge thanks and appreciation to Charmaine for her patience and help selecting the dress for me! No matter how many times I changed my mine.

I left my dress shopping to the last minute, no problem my dress was ordered as an express.
I am a size 8 on top and size 12 on the bottom, no problem my dress was custom sized for me.
I needed some alterations, no problem in can be done in house.
Jacqui and all the lovely ladies at English Rose Bridal where extremely helpful and just easy to be around.

I went to English Rose Bridal being very nervous about my appointment due to a previous unpleasant experience at another bridal store. However, from the moment I walked in the ladies were nothing but helpful, calm and reassuring! They explained everything well and I actually enjoyed being able to wander around the store to choose the dresses I would like to try on.

I was helped by Maddie who not only made me feel incredibly welcome but also my friends that were there with me and my mum that called in via facetime. I found plenty of dresses under my preferred max spend ($1500) that were gorgeous!
While I was trying on dresses Maddie would often pick up my phone and walk around me so my mum could see the dresses from all angles.

With every dress I tried on she explained what could be done in regard to alterations, i.e. add/remove sleeves, change the colour of the underskirt, change straps, etc... I found my dress in the English Rose Collection and I am very, very happy with it!

I 100% recommend ERB for anyone looking for their wedding dress!! They have such a wide range and I love how they let us look at all the dresses ourselves and pick some favourites before the appointment!

I found their sample sizes more inclusive than other stores and I love how there was options for every shape. The price for the dresses were also super reasonable and it was so amazing to have options for my budget!

Charmaine helped me pick my dress and she was absolutely amazing and made the experience something I’ll never forget! I was really nervous going in for my first appointment after a not so nice experience with another bridal store. But she quickly made me feel comfortable and super excited again. Thanks again for everything!

The experience at English Rose Bridal is like no other! I have been to a few other bridal stores and English Rose tops my experiences by a mile! From the moment you walk through the doors, the staff are so incredibly welcoming and supportive. From the champagne during try ons to the staff encouraging you to take photos, the experience was just amazing! I was incredibly indecisive at my first appointment and left without making a decision. At no point did I feel pressured to pick a dress then and there. The staff encouraged me to go away and think about it so that I was 100% sure before saying yes. At my second try on appointment, the staff were once again incredibly supportive and helpful without being forceful. I was torn between two dresses and the staff suggested a change of material to my dress which made it even more perfect than it already was, and I was so happy to say 'yes to the dress'! I could not recommend a better bridal salon and am so happy I found my dream dress here 🙌

I went for my first wedding dress try on and I got the pleasure of having Jacqui help me along the entire process.

What started with nerves , quickly turned into hugs and laughter, while I had not a clue what I wanted, Jacqui quickly figured it out.

I found the entire appointment and service to be amazing, I couldn't fault anything.

I found my beautiful dress, I can't wait to come back for my fitting.

This was the first place I went to for a bridal consultation with no idea what to expect. Well, I was blown away. The experience was so special. I felt in very safe, experienced and trustworthy hands with Jacqui (the owner) who made sure I tried on a variety of styles in order to determine what I do and don't like (I didn't have much of an idea to begin with but I did by the end of the consultation). Thank-you so much Jacqui - I really appreciated your efforts and advice. I'll be back soon to try on my final three contenders one last time before deciding 🙏🤞.👰

A really lovely bridal store with a wide variety of gowns. The ladies at the store made my first experience trying on dresses really enjoyable and a memorable experience. I purchased some beautiful bridal shoes from here aswell.

I just wanted to say thank you so so so much for my fitting with you on Saturday afternoon. Gwenda was absolutely amazing and made me feel at home with her kind words and comforting approach to her work. The ladies in store were all genuine and kind, their range of dresses was incredible too.

I had the best experience at English Rose Bridal. Being a plus size bride, I was feeling very self concious and dreaded having to book my appointment somewhere to try on dresses. I heard about ERB through word of mouth and some research and could not have been more pleased with the amount of dresses available to try on! After visiting the ERB websiyd everyday for months to swoon over a dress, I as a plus size bride got to actually try it on and loved it. I didn't feel pressured at all and the entire vibe of the store felt very safe and friendly. If you're looking for a place to start your wedding dress shopping experience, ERB should be first on your list.

If you are anything like me and are feeling quite overwhelmed and unsure about where the freakin hell to start when it comes to looking for your wedding dress, I highly recommend ERB!! I was lucky enough to get Jaqui who made the whole process relaxing and not overwhelming from the moment I walked in the door. She gave welcomed critique and made the whole process a breeze making me feel comfortable throughout. Not at any point did I feel rushed or pressured. Highly recommend purchasing your wedding dress from English Rose bridal, our experience was so wonderful right throughout. The store is beautiful and has a wide range of quality dresses, which are size inclusive, at very reasonable prices.
Jacqui and Charmaine and the rest of the team went above and beyond to help me find the right dress and ensure that the customisation and fit was beautiful. Everyone was so kind, friendly, helpful, accomodating and made the whole process easy and fun.

The owner Jacqueline served me with as much enthusiasm and kindness as if I was spending thousands. She asked for my budget & took me straight to the sale & off the rack dresses, never once pushing or showing me a more expensive dress than was in my budget, she said, "I dont want you to fall in Love with a dress outside of your budget" who does that in retail these days, not many! If any. I ended up going back and buying my daughters formal dresses for my wedding and was so happy with the price and the product. The ladies here were so supportive and friendly. I felt so calm and at ease with the whole process of choosing and trying on dresses. They walked me through all the details and were quick to provide options. The initial bridal consultation was so much fun, and drinks were included. I was able to have my bride tribe there to support me through the whole thing and we were made to feel so welcome. Could not recommend them enough!! I said yes to the dress with ERB!

I have been to English Rose Bridal now for two weddings for my sisters and the ladies here have provided by far the best most welcoming and comfortable experience.
