From start to finish this company made my purchase smooth and super fast. I ordered specific denominations which I got exactly what I ordered. Was delivered earlier than expected. What a wonderful hassle free business to deal with and highly recommend using them. I know I’ll definitely be using them from now. Well done team and thank you for everything.

Have used Foreign Xchange a few times and never had any issues. Easy enough to order and the money normally arrives at the post office in 3-4 business days. Exchange rates always seemed to be competitive.

I read the reviews from 12 months ago, and too be very honest I was a bit nervous about placing an order. However I must say that they exceeded my expectations in several ways;
-very polite and helpful on the phone
- I received the currency within just a few days
- the exchange rate was very good compared to other companies.

Overall the service was fantastic and I would use them without any concerns.

I ordered JPY200,000 last thurday and received today.
Just 1day delayed from estimated pickup date.
I worried because there were some negative feedbacks but response all my messages in a day.

I have to admit, I was a bit nervous after reading several negative reviews (and several identical positive ones!), but Amit replied to all my email questions almost immediately. The cash arrived 2 days later than booked, but not a big deal considering how many issues we're having with deliveries overall in Australia. The cash was crisp, clean and roughly in the denominations I requested. I was very impressed with the level of service.

The office was very basic however for me it is a good sign because the company is frugal. The gentleman served me was very attentive. He also gave me some tips for future exchanges based on my travel needs. Will purchase from here again.

First time I've ordered currency from this company, so I was a little nervous however, everything was easy, receiving regular emails hiving updates and Tracking. Our Currencies were all delivered securely to our nominated
pick up being AusPost close to where we live.
