Some of the best humans I’ve found in Canberra. These pharmacists will move heaven and earth to make sure that medications you really need dispensed get to you asap, even if it involves extra effort like contacting your GP for on the spot script modifications.
Dickson Cincotta pharmacists are the kindest, most generous, patient and knowledgeable professionals I have found in the industry who really do understand their products, purposes, effects and possible interactions or adverse effects. A place of grace to find the diligent care & time generosity needed during times of health crises so reliably as to relieve the anxiety that so often accompanies new heallth complaints, illness, injury & pain & immobility.
I would literally have been lost this last year had it not been for the regular assistance so graciously given me by this group of Cincottas staff so utterly congruent that they actually feel like a pharmacy family or a buffering layer of cotton wool to wrap around lifes fragile times offering protection, comfort & extra security. A chemist in it for the long run with you thru all life’s curve balls, victories disasters, losses & life changing moments.

l have been visiting this chemist for four years now. I have never had a bad experience. The chemistists are very polite and professional. The sales personnel are also very patient and helpful. We have moved suburbs recently but we will not be changing chemist's.

Rhonda and the team are fantastic! Sure there is sometimes a bit of a wait for prescriptions, they are a busy chemist! That said, I have never waited more than half an hour for a script and it's Dickson...grab a coffee or something and drop back in later to pick it up. A great pharmacy with a lot of great stock and the staff are fantastic.

I could not recommend or appreciate this pharmacy team more. I ordered an important medication through a third party delivery service during lockdown and they miscommunicated with the pharmacy that I was able to have a generic, which was delivered. I only realised it was wrong after opening the box. Despite the risk of this costing the pharmacy close to $2000 they delivered the right medication to me personally, after closing, and decided to work out the finances with the third party company separately. On a normal day let alone during a lockdown as an immuno-suppressed person, this was truly appreciated and I will recommend them with appreciation forever 😊

My husband just got his flu shot today. It was administered by a nice and qualified pharmacist. The price was reasonable for students as well.

However, if purchasing a med on script that has to be kept cool - beware the script is put in the cooler bag.. If in a hurry, as I have been twice, it only takes a second to ditch the cooler bag where they have placed the script.. For me this has meant contacting my specialist for another script..I have explained that this is a bad practise especially for the elderly. It only takes a second and the script is gone. Not good - be careful !

Well-presented pharmacy. However, all items other than prescriptions in store were at typical chemist prices. For example, $40 for an item that Chemist Warehouse charges $27 for. Disappointing as similar outward presentation and 'pitch' as Chemist Warehouse - beware!

Thought I would give this chemist another try as cheapest I have found for my prescription. Their dispensing process is so flawed however it is just not worth the saving. Try them if you are a patient person with low blood pressure.
